I bought from them on May 5th and paid for fast service of 4 or 5 business days for almost 16 dollars for delivery, it was supposed to have arrived by now and they didn't even give us a tracking number so we can locate where it is. I'm going to wait another 4 days, if it doesn't arrive I'm going to the police and I'm going to sue this website!

I placed an order with a backorder estimate of 3 to 4 weeks - noted in small print on the website and not in my order confirmation. After 5 weeks, I contacted customer service for a status update, and they told me my order would ship within 1 week. It did not.

After 7 weeks, I had to contact customer service again to cancel my order. I believe this site is a dropshipper.

Pricing for the two items that I bought was good, better than anywhere else I could find, however, this store is a dropseller. This means they don't have many of the products they sell for sale in their store. They are a middle man who sells products directly from suppliers. This is perfectly fine and legal and the products should be of the desired quality and authenticity, but shipping can take an extra long time. It took me about 3 weeks to get the products I ordered. If you're in a time crunch I would take this into consideration before making a purchase. However, you can save some money, so if you don't mind waiting a while for your product to reach you than it's not a problem. I've verified that my charge was the correct amount and the charge was not ran until the product shipped. All in all, the store seems reputable and the webpage is user friendly enough and responses professional, but not personal. They do not come out and say that they are a dropshipper or really indicate when you may receive your product. This was frustrating, but ultimately I did receive exactly what I ordered without any sketchy charges or issues.

After two weeks of no shipments/updates, I called the company and they told me items were back ordered and would ship in a few days. A week goes by and I contact them again. They tell me it will take another week. After the 4th week, they tell me they're charging me for full shipping $8.99 because they lost an item from my order and could no longer fulfill it. I kept trying to call them, but no body would reply to emails or calls. They still have not shipped at this point and then end up canceling my entire order. When I finally do get someone on the phone, I am offered no apology or an offer to ship my order without the shipping fee. I am told I didn't meet the minimum requirement for free shipping as if it's my fault they lost an item from my order. This company has horrible customer service and I can't even vouch for it being authentic as they have my money and I still don't have my product or refund.

I placed an order of products that the website mentioned it had in stock. It didn't. It's taking more than a month to have my products shipped to me. I had to cancel one product that hasn't arrived to their warehouse after many promises that it was on its way, then now they want me to pay for the shipping changes that happened after cancelling that one item. Tried contacting them several times before finally having someone answer their phone. Think twice before using this company for your skin products.

After receiving a pricey bottle of VivierSkin Kine-C I did not open until I finished the bottle I was using. When I opened the new bottle of Kine-C about 1/3 of the glass dropper was missing and had a sharp edge where it broke. This is definitely a safety concern since I do not know if there are particles of glass in the serum. Eskinstore refused to replace the item so I am out $140.++ since I do not want to take the change of cutting my face with glass particles. Buyers beware!

I order my stuff 3 months ago, I did read that they were back order when I order it, but 3 months is ridiculous. They were sending me updates every so often, then they stopped. I called and no answer, left messages, haven't called back. I'm still waiting for my stuff or to talk to someone to get my money back.

I luv ordering from eskinstore. Always get a discount. Lot's of brands. I can even call if I need too.

Tried to find out the product of excellent quality, but for a moderate price. In stock the goods of your online store I saw the Alterna Caviar Restructuring shampoo with a significant discount. Not hesitating ordered. The goods came, neatly packed - thank you, pleasantly pleased. Tried to take advantage of hair looks groomed. To evaluate the product of the bottom together is not ready to provide a general product quality assessment.

I ordered product from this company and was pleased: until I noticed both of the cards I used had been compromised

This was the only place I had used both of these cards, so I have no doubt there was a security breach on their end.

I contacted customer service to inform them what happened, but did not receive the courtesy of a response. So unless you want someone to use your credit card to purchase gift cards to Whole Foods and Forever 21, I would avoid. This company sucks.
