After such a long time of looking for the best way to process our payments, we found Escrow.com, In the beginning, we had to get accustomed to how thorough their process is, and we are happy that we did. We love their process and their customer service. Our rep Kana is fantastic. She went over and beyond our expectations to make sure that we were a priority. Incredibly disorganized company that fails to be what an escrow is supposed to be: a neutral third-party to a transaction. At the end of the transaction, after both the seller and the buyer (me) gave a thumbs up, they started nitpicking details of the transaction that they didn't understand, and then delayed payment or transfer of vehicle title while they conduct an audit. Save yourself the headache and look for alternatives.

Domain Transfer
September 8, 2017

Did a domain transfer through escrow.com and it was pretty easy. I didn't realize that on my first time using it I had to do a money wire so it was a little inconvenient but they did state that in the terms and the transaction had no issues. I will use again.

Took nearly two weeks to complete transaction after the terms were agreed to. The customer support services provided no help, only promises to pass information along. No escalation, little communication.

It was very easy to use, very seamless. I just think that it would be nice to have a reminder when you login to the transaction about instructions on sending the title, I just received an email on how to send it. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service and will recommend it to anyone purchasing a vehicle.

I used escrow.com when I was selling my wedding dress. I had to use it twice because it was sent to one potential buyer who ended up being too tall for it, as well as the lady who ended up buying it. Both times, the site worked very well and I felt very secure sending my dress, knowing that I wouldn't get screwed. I know that you have to do a cashier's check instead of a regular check, but other than that the transactions using credit cards, etc were very easy. I would recommend this site to any buyer or seller as a worry-free way to try and sell/buy something when you can't meet in person.

I started the onboarding process for my company and have had to continuously resubmit documents. The customer support is completely clueless and keeps replying automated refusals despite though the documents being exactly as specified by their website. Given other comments on fees and customer support, and the impossibility in signing up if you're from outside of the US I really wouldn't recommend starting the process of signing up - they make it look easy but it is long and painful, and so far for me, impossible to get through. Stick with a traditional legal firm - you can speak to a human and it's not actually that much more expensive after all.

I would give a 4.5 if possible since the only issue I had was I had to wait for the seller to confirm that the other domains was going to be transferred outside of Escrow's help. It kind of pushed back the transfer of the domain for another day. Overall though I would use your services again. Good job!

A simple transaction can take four days because they pretend to be a global service but really are only US focused service provider. Their support only works and responds on US west coast week days - 8AM-4PM and the other time you are on your own.

Still awaiting a transaction to be confirmed even after they have received $$ into their account as of 4 days ago.

I'm purchasing a domain name and going to pay through PayPal, which is from me. However Escrow told that they cannot verify the PayPal owner even though I made the payment right away from my escrow account.

Car buying made easy.

The representative at Escrow listened to my concerns. I needed my wire transfer to be available within a couple of hours and I explained why. She made it happen and my deal was able to close. I appreciate you guy's, thank you!

It was smooth was scared at first because i didn't know this website at all but it was a nice transaction but my only issue current is not with the website it's getting in touch with the former owner to understand the suppilers and how they run thier ads and ad information yes this more so on me for not getting the information i admit that i just hope they reply but my experience with escrow was very smooth

This service eliminated the uncertainty involved in releasing the domain transfer and receiving payment for the transferred domain. I would use them again if I were to sell or buy a registered domain.

I am using Escrow for the first time and need some assistance. I called customer support and spoke to Max. Quick response, not hold time and I got the help I needed clearly and quick. Perhaps I am used to terrible customer service, but I was really pleased with how they took care of me.
