Straightforward and easy to use. I talked with customer service multiple times throughout the process with questions and they were super helpful and prompt.
They are just suck.I wanna sold my one instagram account and we started a deal and I provide them my instagram account and they secured it.but to release the fund they want to card picture. That's why I cancelled my deal but still they didn't back my instagram account. I mailed them 20+ times.they still not responding.
This is my first time ever using the service. Also my first time buying an online business. Buying any business is scary and buying one via online add a bit more questions. Escrow takes the worry out of the financial transaction. Super happy with the process, ease and support. The entire transaction was simple. Customer service are super awesome and helpful. The only way to purchase a business in my opinion.
Avoid at all costs. These people are insanely incompetent. They have the honor of being the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. At the moment, if you call their customer support number, they force you to go through a survey, which attempts to upsell you to DirectTV and other random affiliates. They are absolutely terrible. Save your money. Using them is a waste of your time. My buyer decided to use them when purchasing my vehicle from me. They make the process more difficult. The customer service agents seem to read all their responses from a script. It seems like they try to draw the process out as long as possible to keep your money as long as possible. Every request you have of them takes 24 hours for them to review. Use your own bank and save your money, time, and frustration.
Specific FAQs when it comes to personal and company verification. The seller's driver's license only has 6 digits numbers and our system requires an 8 digit one. ID numbers varies from country to country and it would be better if it would support Australian identification details.
The shipping company was arriving the next day to pick up the vehicle and the payment had not been secured by 7pm CST. After a few phone calls and the seller emailing them the remaining documentation everything was good to go by 9 pm CST. The customer support team was extremely helpful and I could tell that they actually cared about the safety of both parties involved. I couldn't be happier with how easy my first escrow transaction was and I want to give a big shout out to the customer support team!

Recently used escrow.com as a seller of a domain.
Domain selling is fairly automated unless using their concierge service. When making a transaction over an automated system, you sometimes wonder how much trouble you will encounter if something doesn't exactly stick to the script.
I ran into an issue with my payment after the transaction completed. I use one of those cheapo banks within a bank and didn't receive my payment when expected.
After calling customer service Marcedric went over the bank details with me and assured me that everything was ok; my payment would be forthcoming. He provided me with a direct # to him as well as his direct email. Marcedric told me that he would stick with the issue until it was resolved and to contact him whenever I wanted. He was true to his word.
After speaking with the support team, my payment was received in 2 days.
This is the 3rd time using escrow.com to sell a domain. Always received my payment, and will use them again in the future.
I used escrow.com to do a transaction with a guy who was doing software work for me. Therefore i had to send cash to escrow.com. The transaction fell through and the transaction was cancelled. NOW escrow.com is holding the money ransom and will not refund and i dont have recourse with a credit card company because they made me pay cashier check. THESE GUYS ARE FRUAD! They have terrible customer service. If you can ever talk to anyone.
I have been working with escrow.com for the past 15 years, they have changed to the worst. I will no longer work with them, no customer service, staff don't know what they are doing, and terrible service.
I suggest you do not do business with them.

Sale of domain name complete in 2 days! Everything went off without a hitch. If you keep in close contact with the buyer to make sure everyone is completing their steps, you shouldn't have a problem. Our money was in the bank 2 days after we started the transaction :) Couldn't be happier!

I used escrow.com at the request of a lawyer, who was buying a toll-free vanity number from my company. After I fulfilled the terms of the escrow, I was expecting to receive my funds. Escrow.com then requested a purchase agreement, signed by both parties. The buyer refused to sign, after accepting delivery of the product. In the end, Escrow.com stalled on funding me, the buyer blindly returned the product and the service proved to be worthless.
The whole point is using an escrow service is to protect both parties interests. Escrow.com only protected the interests of one party.

Once the offer is accepted you can pay into the escrow account and then go to inspect the car. If everything is as expected you can release funds to the seller right there on the spot.
