Part was received and fit perfectly. All parts I have ordered from eReplacementparts have met all expectations as promised.
I had ordered a nut for a grinder. The part number was verified to be the right one. When the nut arrived it was to small and didn't fit. I then called back and discussed the issue. We did reverify the part number again. They set up a return for the first one with no cost to me. When the 2nd one arrived it was correct. It was found out that the vendor had packaged the wrong nut in a package that had the right part number. Very good costumer service.
The parts I purchased came in approximately the time frame expected for regular shipping even though both times I ordered parts I used expedited shipping.
Parts are of good quality and fit perfectly. Like the parts and ease of ordering.

The router just wouldn't turn on one day. Switch tested good so it had to be the variable speed. Easy to install, works great! I was elated.

I see that some of the reviews are less than stellar; however, I got exactly what I ordered, as described by the vendor. I was NOT disappointed. Maybe it was what I ordered, or the other folks didn't know what they were ordering. Quality of products were great.

Received part in a very timely manner. Ordered it for my son to replace a broken cable on his lawn mower. Unfortunately, we ordered the wrong part and before he realized it, he threw the package away so now he has a part that he doesn't need but will have it in the future should he need it.
I received exactly what I needed. The website did inform me that my order may take longer to process, but I received it within a reasonable amount of time.
I ordered some parts. Received an empty box well not quite empty because only thing in box was a refrigerator magnet with company info. I have sent texts and tried to call with no luck. Will never be ordering from them again
I called to order a part for my weed trimmer and I also needed a spring for the same part for which I had no part number. The eReplacement rep was very efficient and found the part numbers I needed. I received the parts within a week. The parts fit perfectly. My weed trimmer is back in service.

They had the parts for an old Ryobi BT3000 table saw that I couldn't find any where else saw works great again

I ordered a replacement part for my grill and paid for expedited shipping to get the item quickly. I got an email stating the item was essentially on backorder and it would be sent as soon as in stock. It was almost a month before I got an email the item was shipped. Shipping then took multiple days. I then got an email stating the item was sent back because the address was not found. This really annoys me cause I am in the city and literally get packages all the time. The company then refunded money for the item itself. I was not reimbursed for the expedited shipping costs. It is quite amusing to me cause it was never sent expedited anyway. Go figure no product. And I ended up looking money. I would say this was one of the worst experiences possible.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
