This filter cage replaced my broken Craftsman filter cage and it works great. The old filter cage had a threaded tip to slip over it screw on filters and had to be locked down with a black screw cap. But this one had a big white tip to push on filters (rigid instead of craftsman) and it can lock down with big white tip hooked to the top. But the old cage filter's old filter plunger fits inside the cage, the cage locked onto my vacuum, and it's working great!
I ordered a replacement triple pulley for my Powermatic planer in August 2020. I waited over thirty days for it to arrive (which seems a long time) only to find it had broken during shipment. The vendor had shipped it lose in a plastic mailer envelope that had almost no protection. The pully is pretty heave with exposed edges, one of which had snapped off. The envelope was cut in multiple places where the edges of the pully had hit hard surfaces during shipment, showing the shipping container was not suitable to protect the hardware. I returned the pulley without issue. Instead of ordering the replacement online, I called in the order so I could specifically ask for the replacement pully to be shipped in a protective box. I also requested expedited service which unfortunately didn't happen. After waiting an additional thirty-five days, the replacement pulley again arrived damaged; packed in the same type of thin, plastic envelope. I have now been waiting three months to fix an essential tool in my work shop, and I still don't have a working part. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

I ordered my part and it had a delivery in a week. It has been now 2 weeks and the part is stuck in the origin city. I have tried to reach out to the team at Ereplacement and with the Covid restrictions I cannot get ahold of anyone to check on status. I understand the Covid issues but the Ereplacements team should still have a process setup for customers to talk to someone and get status of their order.
Ordered a new replacement driveshaft for my Echo weed eater and it was a perfect match. I YouTubed how to install it, and eReplacement even had a video that made it very easy for me to install. Thanks for your YouTube video and great customer service as well! Move aside Home Depot, Ace Hardware cause I found me a better place to order my lawnmower/weed eater parts!

EReplacement Parts is there again when I need them. I had to replace the starter solenoid for a Husqvarna garden tractor and eReplacement Parts had it in stock, well priced and delivered ahead of schedule. They are my go to for many replacement parts.
Awful, the replacement hose they sent, which was supposed to be from the manufacturer broke on the first use. I did not even get to use it. The end that connects to the paint strainer broke off. The hose was also of a lesser grade quality, ( not as heavy a gauge rubber).
They do not answer the calls. I needed the part right away to complete a job so I just ate the cost of it ( $44.81)
They did ship the piece right away and I received it within a few days.
I guess its a crap shoot in using this company.
Not only are the prices right, but the item I ordered came very quickly. My downtime was very minimal, and I was up and running in no time!
After weeks of waiting, I checked the web site again and my order was pending even though there were plenty of the parts I needed in stock. I called the contact number several times and found that nobody was answering the phones. Email was the same... NO HELP. I know there's a pandemic going on but this experience was pathetic. I've called other suppliers and they at least have people working from home answering the phone. After years of using this company I'm reevaluating whether I should continue since it appears to be a poorly run and managed organization.
My order was shipped to the wrong address. After about two weeks it was returned to eReplacementParts. They never contacted me about shipping my order to the correct address. They just cancelled my order and refunded my money. It is now three weeks later. I don't have my part.
I do my own home appliance repairs, and needed a source for a wide range of brand-name parts. I believe I have found it with these folks. They offer some repair guidance and support to see that you get the right parts for your job. I have compared other websites, but I think this is the best one for my needs.
I needed a new sping for the cord starter on my chainsaw. I was amazed at how easy it was to find a replacement part and even a video to show how to install it. It saved a lot of time, money and travel if I had taken it to a repairshop. Thanks for this website.

Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
