Decades-old exhaust fan grille broke when husband removed it, not realizing it had been painted to the ceiling. He searched online and found new one at replacement parts. The price was decent, shipping was fast, and the new one fit perfectly!

I needed to replace a drive sprocket on my chainsaw. It arrived quickly and I was able to get it installed and get back to work.

I ordered a part from u guys and did not expect it to take that long to receive it. But eventually it did come in I'm still waiting on two more parts but have not yet even heard when I would b getting them.

Item shows delivered, but was not delivered to the correct address. I e reached out via phone and email and cannot get a response. Avoid doing business with this company!

I purchases a Metabo replacement pad Part#******* for my orbital sander. It didn't work. After installing it to the sander the pad was squeezing down on the machine so much that it hardly turned at all and almost burned the motor. DO NOT BUY IT WAY DIFFERENT THEN THE ORIGINAL PART. WASTE OF TIME (waited 6 weeks) AND MONEY! Cheap $#*!!

Ordered Oct 17. It is Dec 7 now, and have not seen a thing. Tracking has been promising delivery for 2 weeks now. This eas my second order from ereplacement. The first took 3 months to arrive. Hopefully the parts I ordered this time will come someday. I won't be ordering from them again.

While I'm still waiting for a shipment of this particular o-ring from some other vendor, eReplacment shipped fast and I just fixed a $500 coffee maker with a $10 spare part and 40 minutes of work.
