If you call them you hear crap about the fact that we cannot answer because of covid
If you email them you will get an auto reply that they can't answer in a timely manner due to covid
9 months into covid and they are still using this bs excuse. Hire some staff! Maybe some of the hundreds of thousands that are out of work might work. I ordered a part, never received it, but I did get somebody's part that lives 3000 miles away from me.
No part and no customer service to help in any way. Yes, its all because of Covid!

3 weeks have passed with no parts delivered. No answer of phone and NO answer of emails. Never sent a confirmation of order. Contacting Paypal today and file a claim for refund.

Send wrong part no interest for help all excuse of covid of not answering calls email not informed about return no return label had to pay out of pocket to return on their mistake. Very valuable lesson will not deal with them again to much work in my part.

I phoned in my order to the local store, then picked it up. After entering the store, I told the attendant what I had ordered and he immediately retrieved it.
Ereplacement parts did their part as promised and quickly. My only issue was with the post office. Tracking number provided showed it was delayed and stuck in Utah for many days ((10?). An email exchange with customer service magically freed it from its imprisonment and it was delivered the next day. Would I use Ereplacementparts again? You bet. They seem to have everything you might need to fix older equipment and are responsive.
Took weeks and weeks to get part... then when delivered the box was in extreme damaged condition. One part was damaged... I tried for hours to reach customer service with no results. Then emailed how to get damaged part replaced... reply email was generic and was NO help at all. Sent another email and got NO reply!

I bought a small seal for my Ryobi pressure washer wand. It apparently was the wrong rubber gasket. I waited forever to get it even though it said 3-5 days. I don't know what else to do. The website says this was the one I needed. It is NOT.
I still have not received my parts that were ordered on November 12,2020 and not even a single response from the company via email, phone or text. They have also debited my checking account on 11-13-2020. Their Covid19 excuse about phone not taking phone calls is nothing but an lame excuse as far as I am concerned. In the future I will not even think about using this lame company.
I have two orders for parts that I really needed and paid expedited shipments on. The order says it was shipped and would be late. That was over a week ago and they won't answer their phone and revert me back to the online website that gives me no feedback when I click on tracking my order. One order has back ordered parts but never shipped the parts that were in stock. I am not very happy with the way they do their business and they have already debited my bank account.
I iredered my parts in May and didnt receive them until December. Covid is NOT the reason for this wait time. Add to that the fact that there was cery little to no conversation and very difficult to fet someone on the phone. I will never used this company again nor will i recommend anyone else use them.
Can someone help me? I have a NordicTrak -- traditional -- and I'm having trouble with the resistance equipment for the arms/pull. There is a device that controls the resistance, and it has a spring and a knob/screw. As I exercise, the knob loosens, and I lose the resistance. I replaced the spring. At first, the resistance held. Now it doesn't, so I'm back to square one. Is there a different part that needs to be replaced, and do you carry it?

I expected a dado stack plate from the picture but ended up buying the exact same one that came with the the saw x2 by accident. The picture is misleading. This will not accommodate a 3/4" stack.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
