Wrong parts

After a couple of weeks, the parts arrived. I had ordered a chuck for a cordless drill, I received a set of brushes and armature for a motor. They issued a credit, I reorder the chuck and am still waiting for it to arrive!

I ordered a replacement lid and recommended handle and it was the wrong handle. Part of the blame falls on me as the consumer but pretty weak in my opinion. It also doesn't come with the thermometer either which for the price is pretty ridiculous. Took along time to come in to but I know that COVID is a contributing factor. Your better off going Amazon and buying a 22"inch charcoal copper grill. You can just take the lid back and forth and you will end up saving time and money.

Long wait

Finding the parts online was easy. Unfortunately two things I ordered were not in stock. I was not aware of this until after I had placed the order. Through email I was informed that nothing would be shipped until everything was in stock, unless action on my part was taken. So I responded to the email and said to cancel the two out of stock items and to go ahead with shipping what was in stock. I waited several more days with no response or action taken. Then I ended up cancelling the entire order, and reordering just the two items that I knew were in stock. Bottom line is it took over three weeks to get a circuit breaker and a solenoid for my mower. Now there is snow on the ground. I am scared to see what my credit card bill says at the end of the month. My guess is that I will probably be making phone calls to have charges corrected.

Poor quality and not original parts. The part was a handle for a Pro-Form hybrid elliptical and was made from foam instead of plastic. It tore as soon as I tried to install it. Very bad quality and would not purchase again.

Only one negative. I received my first box quickly. When I opened it a few days later it was missing some parts. I was thinking all kinds of negative about the company. I called and was telling customer service and was explaining and he said they were shipped from a second warehouse and was be out for delivery. They came about 30 minutes later. My negative is I wish I would have got an email stating the first shipment wasn't complete. The customer service was very friendly and helpful.

Long Wait.

The part was small sent by USPS yet it took over a month to ship it. Shipping took too long when I could have ordered the part, had it shipped and delivered in less than a week normal USPS from anywhere else.

Tube Seal Puzzle

My Craftsman 4hp compressor has seen years of service, and this past winter, marks the second rebuild of the piston, sleeve and top end. But what caused the most questions were the tube seals. Unfortunately, the schematic drawing is very hard to read, and to figure out the proper way to seal that tube. After much hassle, I finally figured out it takes two O-rings, and two Teflon seals! My 27 year old compressor now works much better, and is quieter.

Took 16 calendar days to receive! The main metal part where the allen wrench screws into (kit *******) was the only part in the kit that I needed. The other three parts did not look like anything else in my faucet and were not used/needed. Once I screwed the phillips screw sufficiently and then the allen set screw, the job was done. Took five minutes. Initially I experienced a drip with the handle in the center position but it went away after moving the handle in both directions a couple times.

This is what you call positive customer service I bought small little clips for the workmen legs. They did not fit so replacement parts refunded my money without me returning the clips because the cost was small. And the telephone staff is terrific. If I ever need more parts I'll call them immediately
