Sent wrong part

I've used eReplacementParts in the past without issue. They ordinarily have great inventory, decent prices, and ship quickly. On this last order, they shipped the wrong part. The part number on my order and on their shipping bill was correct, but they still sent the wrong part. And I had to pay $6 to return it. Doesn't seem fair that I have to pay for their mistake.

I ordered a replacement part for my electric percolator and unfortunately it was too small so I called the company about returning it. Their customer service representative was fantastic. She not only explained how to send the return back, but, also took the time to help me figure out the correct size. The new one came in the mail and fits perfectly. I would highly recommend this company and am giving it a 5star rating. You won't be sorry.

Wonderful find!

Have loved my dust buster for years but a couple of removable parts I really hoped existed. Looked for about 3 yrs. No luck. Still using it, I just happened upon eReplacementparts.com, And they had the items I'd been looking for. Ordered, arrived fast, fit my item and you've got a customer for anytime I need a replacement part for anything. Thank you.

Disconnected from Customer

Ordered the toggle switch and switch housing parts for my Jet JBM-5. All parts received with the correct parts – except the switch. The switch pictured on the webpage is the correct one: it is not the one received. The switch received was a double pole 240v push button switch: the switch needed is a single pole 120 toggle switch. Left messages on their webpage (not responding to webpage messages), attempted to contact by phone (they are not taking phone calls), and put a note in the box when part was returned. Reordered the switch thinking that maybe someone just grabble the wrong switch. Nope, received the same wrong switch. Returned it again. Still do not have the switch needed. There is virtually no way for a customer to make contact with a person to resolve a problem. They received two stars only because of the correct parts received.

The toggle which pictured is the correct one and taken from eparts website. The picture of the push button switch is similar to the one received.

Received Broken Twice

Ordered a replacement ceramic insert for my crockpot and when received it was broken in pieces due to poor packaging. I requested a replacement and requested it to be packaged properly. The second one received was broken as well. I gave up and just requested a refund since they're unable to package items properly.

The positive for me is that what was shipped to me arrived very quickly.

The negative is that out of the three items I ordered, I only received two. I emailed customer service a week ago and have not heard anything, and my order has mysteriously vanished from my account. Now when I look for my order number it says it doesn't exist. Very disappointed in this experience and I will not be shopping from this site again.

I ordered 2 parts a month ago and they promptly charged my credit card and when I tracked it they still have not got it to the post office. I am contacting my credit card co and disputing this transaction. Also when you call them you cannot get a person on the phone

I ordered a replacement trimmer head for my cordless Dewalt. I paid extra for three-day delivery.

Tracking the package, it quickly became apparent I would be lucky to get it in eight. I called ereplacements and you can't talk to a person because of covid. You can't chat with them because of covid. Whatever that means.

I wrote it off as a waste of money, but sent an email to say I did. To their credit they responded and offered a refund of the delivery fees. However, they blamed FedEx. Of course, I paid ereplacements for delivery not FedEx. And if I can't talk to or chat with ereplacements, how would Ereplacements meet their responsibility if left to their own devices? Discuss.

This trimmer head is different and installed differently than the one that came with the trimmer, which I knew up front. But it came without instructions. More time, more chasing.

If you don't talk on the phone and you don't chat, I should know that upfront. If you don't send instructions, I should know that. If you are only reachable through email and will blame the carrier I should know that. Why? Because if I know those things upfront, I can choose another company if I don't want to spend all that time doing the job of their nonexistent customer service. A bill is in the mail.
I'm sure that Ereplacements thinks refunding my money for a service I didn't get is a fair exchange for the time and effort I made to chase down a product I also paid for. And that's the point.

Ereplacements was transparent only about who the company really is after the entire transaction had occurred. It certainly showed who it is through its actions. How it ever gets a second date from anyone else is beyond me. Insert your own swipe joke here.

Fast an easy

I had a reel that needed a part and I went to a tackle store to have my reel serviced and fixed. The guy at the store told me that my reel was old and that I wouldn't be able to get parts for it anymore so he couldn't help me. On a whim I decided to check out the internet. Sure enough ereplacementparts.com had my part and was able to give me instructions on how to replace it. A few days, later with part in hand, I was able to fix my reel myself and get back on the water. Thanks guys for your fast and easy service!

Where to start? I purchased a used Delta Unisaw that needed some service. I ordered 1 matched set of 3 belts, as the belts needed replacing. I am a stickler for OEM parts, so when I found the belts on their website, I was very pleased. So I proceeded to place my order. Shipping was fast and everything was good until I received my order. Went to my mailbox and had literally 1 belt out of the three. Tried calling them, but using Covid as an excuse, no one will answer the phone and they direct you to their website. So I go the website, fire off an email from their website explaining the situation and asking for an explanation, and receive an automated response, again blaming Covid that I should get a response in 24 to 48 hours or even longer. Finally received a response, with them admitting it was their issue. They said they would send me a prepaid label for the return of the 1 belt I received as opposed to the three matched belts I was supposed to receive, they would issue me a refund, then I would have to order the belts again. Okay, satisfactory response and I thought this was ironed out. Here it is now over a week later, and again after 2 more emails without any response at all, I am apparently out over 50 bucks and have 1 useless belt out of a matched set of 3. This companies customer service is beyond deplorable and as far as I am concerned, a bunch of thieves that will not send you the correct part even when it is obviously their mistake. I dont care if they are the only people left selling parts for my old machine, or any machine I have. I will not order from them again. I too am in the manufacturing and customer service industry, but unlike this place, I don't get to use Covid as an excuse for having beyond piss poor customer service. Save your money, time and aggravation, shop elsewhere.

Parts order

Have one of those coffee pot that can be remove during brewing and the coffee will stop until the cafe is put back in place. I needed a new basket that you put the coffee in. Ordered from eReplacement parts. Took the lid off the coffee pot so there was no mess while I waited for the new basket. Reasonably priced. Quick delivery. Only problem: threw out the old basket and also the lid! So yeah, now I will need to order a lid! Think I will just order a cafe instead! I would recommend this company. Just put your new parts in and use before throwing the old out! Lesson learned!

When the worn clampers on my 30-year-old Makita orbital sander would no longer hold the sandpaper, I doubted I'd be able to find replacement parts. But eReplacementParts had them! I've had my Senco DS300 AC for over 15 years and it's still like new. I used to be able to get parts for it locally but as time has gone on it's harder to get parts for it. I didn't realize I needed a new harness as well full instructions to guide me with the kit I got from them thankful for how easily their site is and instructions that understood others just sell a PTO switch not the kit or guide one to the kit under half an hour

Horrible service!

Ordered small item April 4th, 10: a.m. (under 1lb). Paid for for expedited 48 hour delivery (Utah to CA). Item arrived April 12th midday. I paid the 19.61 delivery fee for a 18.54 part relying on receiving it ASAP. I called to complain and request refund of expedited charge--message refers to website/email. Emailed-still no reply after 10 days (April 23rd). DON'T TRUST THEM IF TIMELY DELIVERY AND SERVICE IS IMPORTANT TO YOU!
