EReplacement parts has a solid inventory of replacement parts for all sorts of household implements. We tried another source first. Our mistake. We are pleased with the efficiency and timeliness of our purchase and delivery.
Ordered parts took 2weeks for status update just to find out 1 part was backordered and wasn't gonna ship rest of order til it had been received but could not give me an E T A needless to say yall suck!
Needed a part for my 2003 White lawn tractor. Had the original part number but discovered that they have changed over the years. Customer service did a great job of finding what I needed. Would have give 5 stars but the shipping took 9 days.
Good value and great service. Be sure to call and use the telephone representatives to make sure you have your order correct. I thought I had the right parts from the website but I'm glad I called to make sure because I did not. Cynthia helped me very quickly with her knowledge of exactly what I needed and I was very impressed with her efficiency. My only recommendation would be for the customer to be warned if there is an out of stock part it will take time to order. I had the impression from what was written on the website that the shipment would go out the next day but it did not because my parts had to be special-ordered from the supplier.
We had ordered the same parts from Amazon 3 weeks prior and hadn't received them yet (we really needed to get our lawn mowed before we got ticketed by the city) we decided to find the parts somewhere else and found e-Replacement Parts and received in about 3 business days! I'm 70 years old and don't just throw things away when they stop working. I was very pleased to find all the parts I needed through eReplacementParts to repair my 15 year old brad nailer.
Had to replace blade holder. Finding and ordering what I needed was quick and easy. Prices were fair and received my order a day sooner than expected. WIll order from here again if I ever need anything for my mower again.

Replacement glass stovetop. Website said they had 1 left but was contacted because they didn't. Asked them to cut me a discount on the $41something since it would take a couple of weeks in stead of 2 days, they didn't. Front corner was damaged so I had to paint it. It did have corner protectors on it?
I ordered replacement hinges for Coleman cooler-"metal hinges". I received plastic hinges so I called & spoke with customer service rep who issued an RMA-returned the original shipment. The second delivery came-again plastic hinges. The website shows "metal hinges, the video shows metal hinges"-but I received plastic twice. Very dissapointed, will never order again from this company-deceitful advertising that doesn't deliver what they show on website
I ordered the part and I received it within 3 days. That was super fast. The regulator was easy to assemble with the instructions they sent with the part. I will definitely use them again.
The right part at maybe $2 more than what was on Amazon. I received the part in a couple of days. Amazon distributor would have been a one month wait!

The hose on our Bissell Spot Bot had cracked. Naturally, it's one of those things that goes un-noticed until it's needed. Taped up the hose for a temporary fix, then went online to find a replacement part. EReplacement Parts was in the search list, had it in stock, had the best price and I had used them before. Placed my order and the part arrived, on time, several days later. It was simple to instal and works perfectly.
A Philips screwdriver and needle nose pliers was all it took.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
