Great Go To Site

Needed roller wheels for a 20 year old recumbent Reebok stationary bike. Extremely difficult to find. Found them here. Extremely reasonable price plus low cost shipping. Received within the same week. Awesome!

Seriously over priced

So I have used them previously and all was good. This time I ordered a number of parts without shopping around. Got the order and found a spark plug charge for approx 19.00 that I could get anywhere for 4. I sent two messages regarding this asking for some consideration and no reply. Won't go there again ———

All was great, but the shipping is extremely. You should always use a great shipping company like you do, either "FedEx, UPS, Aramex" and that's great.
I have ordered from many websites from all around the word using these shipping companies, but I never paid as much as I did for shipping like I paid on your website.
Bottom line, you shipping great but the price is extremely hight compared ordering from other websites.

Unfortunately the part I ordered did not work for my vintage Osterizer food processer. I was hoping to be able to return it so someone could use it but was advised I needed to pay shipping. I ended up throwing it away.

I placed an order for Kobalt compressor items like a flywheel, the protective cage and the belt on order number *******. Here it is almost a year later and today I had to cancel my order because like always it is on back order. Nothing has been done in all the times I have had to call them to inquire for my parts and my business has had to pay for the loss of the compressor. Stay away from Kobalt compressors as well. It appears they care less for you after you buy a compressor from them. Ereplacemntparts did not care to keep up with pending orders on back order and push the manufacturers, but they are sure happy to keep your money for almost a year. I decided to cancel my order for a refund. Take your money elsewhere

Snowblower parts
March 10, 2022

Our local snowblower supplier has been unable to keep sheer pins in stock this winter. I was able to order a few sheer pins and have them delivered within the week. The 2021-22 Minnesota winter has been harder than normal, but being able to restock my spare sheer pins warmed my heart!

Just your regular gal determined she don't need no man in her life and can fix/repair anything that gets thrown her way! Was gifted a treadmill by a friend about 4 months ago to help kickstart my healthy lifestyle change and after using 5 days a week for 3 months the belt on the treadmill randomly started slipping and stopping and really uncentered. After lots of online research, reading comments, threads, ect I tried the recommended treadmill lube on two different occasions, the lube helped/resolved my issues for about a day or two then would have the same problems again so I finally broke down and started to disassemble my treadmill piece by piece until I saw any issues and I found this cracked/broken in half bracket piece which I then looked up and found out that was exactly what my issue was! After two nights of trying to figure out the name of the specific piece I then Spent forever trying to find said specific piece for sale online or anywhere, then I finally came across this wonderful website! Super easy to navigate, very informational, easy, placed my order, received in less than a week and it was exactly what I needed and my treadmill is all fixed again! Yay! Will definitely keep this site in mind for future specific parts/info I may need and I'll definitely recommend to my friends! Thank you! -Ashley from MI

The replacement stoneware I ordered was listed as a 6-quart oval and what I received was a 7-quart (stamped on the base). The return process isn't complex, but you do have to print multiple forms/labels - I don't have a printer, so I had to go to a relative's home. I shipped it back almost 2 weeks ago and have not received a refund yet. I have also notified them of the error on their website but it is still listed incorrectly. So if you are ordering part #*******090, beware! I have submitted a new order for what I hope is the correct size this time, we shall see.

Furnace Repair

We ordered a replacement igniter and flame rod for our furnace to have on hand it the one in our furnace failed. Because we know how to replace these ourselves we do not have to call a repair person in the middle of the night in sub degree temps to get our heat back on if a part fails. Parts were easy to find and arrived in a timely manner. We would certainly buy from the eReplacementParts again.

Very Dissappointed

The item stated both sides as in it came with both grips. I was VERY UPSET after paying a good amount for shipping that it did not arrive with BOTH GRIPS!
I will be very reluctant to ever order anything in the future!

I placed an order on January 11,2022, and never received any updates on its status. On February 3, after almost a month of waiting I emailed the company asking about the status of my order; they stated that couldn't find anything with that number and that I needed to contact the shipper because it was an international order. We are not international. We use USPS. This was never informed. Then on February 7, I received an email fron eReplacement that the order was shipped (but they had said they didn't have any order under that number). Finally on February 15,2022 the package was received. The packaged weighted 6 oz. Only and I had to pay $17.07 for shipping. $18.26 parts + 17.07 shipping = $35.28.
Service and shipping are extremely slow and expensive.
