These criminal scum sent me the COMPLETELY wrong product and refuse to email me back about it. Awful people.

Overall i'm pretty pleased i'm not sure if what i received was the same length as the original but it isn't long enough to reach the bottom on the frother so i must keep it full to use it

I ordered a coffee pot lid. In April of 2021. I got an email saying the part was on back order. Every month after that I would get an email letting me know that the part was still on back order. I was given the option to cancel my order or continue waiting. I received i part in February of 2022. I certainly understand supply chain issues we are all having to deal with. The part that I had ordered on Feb 16 started out at Zelienople Pa, which is 30 miles away. From there it was shipped to Clinton Pa then to St Clairsville Ohio then to Grove city Ohio at that time I thought the switch might have needed to stop at their outlet mall, then off to Indianapolis where they shipped it to Florence KY. You might ask KY? Why not. Then to Grayville IN where they shipped it to Lenexa KS then it got a ride to Belle Plaine KS then shipped to Masquero MN. It was cold there. So then it took a nice trip to see Monticello UT while in UT might as well go and see Salt lake city UT after seeing the sights of the US it was shipped back to Pa where it finally ended up where it belonged in Pittsburgh Pa. March 3rd. The only thing that I would have liked to have seen would have been a sticker from each state sort of a passbook.

Ordered the P/N *******GS kit the replace the old valve/filter on my Generac generator. The installation installations were Very helpful. I actually just installed the new valve/filter today using dish soap was very helpful.

The part I ordered was the correct part. It arrived in perfect shape and function correctly. The issue I have is that I ordered the part in Dec 2021 and the part was back ordered at some point, I do not know when it was back ordered as the company did not ever contact me. I contacted them and and was informed that it was on back order and they had no idea when it would arrive. It did arrive in Feb 2022. Still no contact from the company. The company has a problem with the way they contact (do not contact) with their customers. I hope they will resolve this issue.

I got a replacement part for an electric griddle. Shipping was prompt with great communications from the company. When received, the part works perfectly. I would recommend this company!

It took 12 weeks to deliver parts, the hood I purchased was for a jet planer in jet tan, the part came in powermatic gold and crushed on top of that. Hood was damaged and was shipped that way because shipping box was pristine. I will take the loss and my business elsewhere!
