I ordered a handle clip to repair my lawn mower and when received the pin needed to assemble to the mower was not included. I emailed eReplacementParts.com for an explanation over two weeks ago and they have not seen fit to reply to my email. Phil

I was leary as another site had made me wait for nine months to tell me the part I was buying was obsolete. My part was supposedly shipped April 9. It is now April 23 and I still don't have it. Repeated inquiries to their "info" email address have resulted in no reply.

My Weber 330 was in bad shape, putting it mildly. When searching for parts I found Replacement parts. Com. They had ALL the parts for my grill, including the magnets that hold the doors closed! I have totally rebuilt my grill and hope to get another 12 years out of it. And the parts were very very reasonable I might add. And all Weber parts. All parts arrived within 2 days! Took over a month to ship part after I ordered it, by that time we were gone for three months. One of the three parts I ordered was defective. They would not replace it because it was 95 days since order. It was a stick-on gasket for my Dewalt planer, the cover over the sticky surface had been removed before I received it, thus it was stuck together and couldn't be used. This came in a ziplock bag, where the other parts I ordered came in a sealed bag

I have an older (2007) Karcher pressure washer model K2.26M 1.601-602 which has held up really well until recently. I mixed up a soap solution and placed the suction tube in as usual and switched on the washer. There seemed to be some soap spraying from the spray wand when triggered but I noticed my soap solution bucket was getting more full by the minute. I pulled the clear hose from the bucket and noticed clear water running out of the hose that was supposed to only suck in my soap solution. So I assumed there may be a problem with a valve that controls this function. I looked a the eReplacementParts diagram and then located the Detergent Inlet Assembly Part Number 9.755-183.0 and placed an order. Around a week later I got an email saying that this part was not available but was placed on back order. It finally came in a couple of weeks later and I started the disassembly of the PW. Disassembly of the housing required a long shank torx screwdriver to separate the housing in half, remove the U-clip from the pressure hose outlet for outlet pipe removal, then remove the 4 large allen screws from the washer piston head to free up removal of the shield covering the detergent inlet assembly which has the clear tube attached to it. With clear hose and shield removed I used pliers to grip the old assembly and twist and pull to break the old seal until it came out. Now you can install the new assembly in the reverse order that all was removed. Be careful as the head assembly is spring loaded as you place the 4 head screws back into place. I finished reassembling the PW, connected it to the water hose, plugged it in, turned it on and squeezed the trigger and placed my finger over the clear detergent suction tube and now noticed a slight suction only when the trigger was activated for applying soap from the wand. So the fix was a success and returned my old PW to usable status.

I under the impression that the subject part number would function with a Ryobi P505 circular saw. However, it does not fit as expected. The order number is *******. If you have the correct part, I would be interested in an exchange if there is no price difference OR advise me if there is a price difference so that I may assess my course of action.

They have everything I needed to get my dryer running like new again! I also found replacement parts for my sander and table saw. Everything is always good quality and easy to find exactly what you're looking for. I love extending the life of my tools. It's saving money and a lot less waste!

I bought them a very expensive tire ($70) for a riding lawn mower. Could not be installed at all, cannot be inflated, very low quality rubber which just disaggregates when you try to install it around the rim.
Honestly the worst piece of sh*t I ever saw for a product.
Don't buy there, they obviously sell pure crap at high price, they obviously don't make quality tests or they wouldn't sell such a crap.

Ordered a switch lever for my grinder, never received part. Reached out through email asked if they would order me a new one as I had not received the one i ordered most likely cause of usps. Told them I was happy to pay and never heard a response and still without switch lever.
