When my equipment breaks down I know I can fix it, if I can only find the parts I need without wasting time looking all over the place. Sometimes you can get what you need right down the street but not that often, especially when you need those small parts to a piece of equipment. I was disappointed when eReplacement billed my credit card, but did not ship the part. Customer Service said they were out of stock, but they'd ship when they got the part in. I received the credit card bill and paid for it, but the part was still not shipped. A couple months later I got notice they'd received the part. It still took a week to fill the order; and ship it FedEx. It took FedEx (their carrier of choice) 10 days+ to get it from Salt Lake City to Wisconsin. Would I use eReplacement Parts again? Yes. IF I HAD TOO.

Like the title says, took them 3 months to get my part shipped, if they knew they were out of stock on the part I needed why let people still order it?!
