Shipping was fast on the wheel caster and although it did not fit they were very good and easy handling the return. Will definitely buy from again when I need parts.

Although the transaction was fast and smooth, I had the inconvenience to drive 65 miles to pick up the package. United States postal service was specified and paid for delivery, but the company used UPS instead.

My replacement parts are identical to the originals! Why buy a new grill when you can get the replacement burners and put them back on the old grill! $45 versus $350, a good bargain to me!

Surprisingly, eReplacementParts had the small blade nut needed for my $99 Ryobi mower along with all the other components of the machine that is no longer available. The cost was minor. The delivery was very quick; just several days and fewer than expected.

Hassle free, part arrived even before than anticipated, a most important thing of all is that bit was the right part!

I purchased a new mounting disk for my orbital sander. It works fine, and now the sanding discs stay on the sander. I thought the price was high, but it fit and works well.

I needed one nut for a chainsaw blade. I figured it would be tough to find. But on the webpage, they had a full breakdown of the chaingsaw I have. Finding and ordering the part was a breeze

I ordered carry over tubes for our grill in March 2022. Due to the usual holdup of ordering things since the Pandemic I wasn't able to get them until the end of May. I found them on another site but they were triple the price of E-replacements. But since we grill a lot I bit the bullet and bought them anyway. I only bought one (from the other company) hoping the other ones would come in soon. The tube was not exactly the right size but my husband made it work. Then the E-replacement tubes came in last week and they were perfect! Fit great and worked better than the first one. They kept me in the loop as to when I might be getting the tubes and always apologized for the delay. The only problem I had with buying them thru "E" was that the cost of sending two $3.58 tubes was almost as much as the tubes themselves!

This is not entirely the e replacement's fault as Shindowa made different fuel tanks for the same model hedge trimmer. BUT It would be helpful if they had offered that information when I ORDERED rather than when I called to return. Only getting $20 refund on a $65 order because of shipping and all that made this literally lighting a match to $45. YES they offered to send another tank to try... with shipping and handling charges... by the time I did all that this could get to be a $100+ deal... so they cheerfully gave me my $20 refund. I bought a battery powered trimmer for $150 and moved on. The TRUTH is we DO live in a disposable society now.
