From the ordering process to the delivery it was very easy process. The order took a little longer to get because one of the items was on back order. But when I called they suggested taking it off so I could get the rest of the order and that went very easy. Will order again from them because they are thoughtful and very helpful.
I found the part for my DeWalt grinder quickly and easily. Ordering was a breeze and we received the order quickly.
I installed the new head valve in my old craftsman nailler. It fit perfect. Nailler works like new. Much cheaper than purchasing a new nailler.

I broke my decanter while cleaning it. I couldn't find a replacement anywhere. EReplacementParts had the correct replacement, it was easy to find via their store, and it arrived quickly.
I went looking for a parts breakdown for my 30+ year old brad nailer so I could try and figure how it works and how to fix it. Google directed me to this site and I found they not only had the breakdown but if you look up the symptoms you are experiencing they suggest a part along with a percentage of the time that part fixes the problem. The suggested part had a 99% fix rate, so I ordered it.
Part came in quickly and was what I ordered. When I looked at it though it seemed there was no difference in condition between the old part and the new. Just the color of the plastic. And I realized there was an "O" ring I probably should have ordered. I didn't see how the identical looking part could fix it, but I removed the old ring from the original part, put in on the new part and re-assembled the gun.
To my surprise it worked.
Excellent source of information, part wes reasonably priced (actually the shipping was more than the item). Very satisfied that I fixed the nailer for under $10 instead of having to buy a new one.
Since I bought this and it didn't come with a charger and after several calls to B&D I gave up on them doing the right thing. I found this website ordered my charger and it works great! Now I can use my otherwise useless trimmer!
Good parts good price and shipped quickly. But shipping cost to high for weight of the items. O rings and the parts diagram were hard to read.

I recently decided to check my 25 year old Honda generator to be sure it ran properly. You never know when it will be needed these days. It ran, but I discovered the foam outer part of the air filter was dry rotted. I went to a local auto parts store for the part. The cost was over $50.00 and the clerk could not order the part. More information was needed and they would call me. Right! Never got the call. Went on line and discovered Ereplacementparts.com. WIthin 5 minutes I found the correct air filter and about half the cost. Ordered it and it was shipped the next day. The generator runs fine. I highly recomend Ereplacementparts.
Perfect fit. I entered my tractor brand and model number. 8 sets of schematics appeared (electrical and mechanical), I located the part, took note of the ID number, crossed the ID to the part number, placed an order, and 5 days later I had the part. Installation took 10 min. And we were off and running... I put the URL address in my "Favorites" for future reference...

My replacement parts to my Charbroil IR Grill arrived on time as ordered. The igniter module worked first time. I didn't even have to replace the button. The heating pans fit like the originals. Now we'll see how long they last. The originals lasted 8 years of light use.
You advertise same day shipping on your web page, but you have always taken 1 to 2 weeks before you have shipped anything I have ordered from you. In todays world that is ridiculous and frustrating when you need a part.
