Over 30 years ago, I bought an old, used pressure cooker from a swap meet. Over time, the seal just wouldn't seal. I looked up the part and found it from this site. It was a perfect fit! It also came with a plug, so I replaced that as well. When I ordered it, I received an email of purchase, then another that it was mailed. Within 3 days, I had everything I needed to cook again! My neighbor was the most excited because I could cook him some beans again! It fits perfectly!
Fits perfect; just what the doctor ordered! I broke the upper part not knowing where to order and found eReplacement web site and had exactly what I needed. I had called the company and the Representive was very helpful. Great company!
My Poulan transaxle linkage gave me fits, so I checked with replacement and easily found the part, discovered the old part was changed to a better one, ordered it, and three days later I was all fixed up. Easy.
During the global pandemic, my Honda generator failed, due to a defective throttle control. I ordered a part from eReplacementParts, who directed me to their "partner" iGlobal because I am from Canada. The part is less than one inch in diameter but cost $132.00. Shipping was excessive, at $71.00, and prepaid tax and duty was also excessive at $45, but I was desperate. So I paid a total of $249.
But that was not enough profiteering for the 2 companies mentioned above.
I received the order and was forced to pay taxes - again - to take possession of my package.
This should not have happened, as I had prepaid $45.30 for duty and tax.
I emailed iGlobal and copied eReplacementParts, which did not accept my email through its servers!
Default to respond and refund in 2 business days will result in me filing a complaint with BBB, and write negative reviews on all social media platforms I can find, for both iGlobal and eReplacementParts.
I will also ask for a refund through Paypal and file a formal complaint with them to have you both excluded from their platform.
This is FRAUD, and profiteering during a crisis!
SHAME ON YOU, iGlobal and eReplacementParts. You will be remembered for your profiteering and fraud during the pandemic.

I bought a part for a table saw and the website said it would fit. When i received the part it didn't fit. I tried to return it for a refund as their website recommended only to be told i could not return the part.
This was my second drive cable for my string trimmer. First time I went to a local outdoor equipment business that had to order the part. It took two weeks to get it. EReplacementParts had it to me in just a few days!
The best place to deal with! Absolutely the best place to get parts from! Ordering was easy and shipping was very fast! Would not order parts from any place else! Very Happy!
The $300 Elliptical Arm I was sent was not constructed like the factory original, Foot pad is off center and had to take a big hammer to my elliptical because the length of the replacement part was incorrect.
I put it in in 45 mins and used it works great I would recommend it for sure definitely buy from again

Purchased a Husqvarna walk behind mower three years ago and noticed when pulling maintenance on it this spring that the rear moveable skirt was damaged and about to come apart. We've been trying to purchase a shaker grate for our wood burner for the last two months a we keep getting the wrong part. Now again we are waiting for a refund. It's pretty cold here! As you see In the picture This is not a shaker grate!
I needed a 5L Belt, the diagram showed a 5L belt, when I received the belt, the belt sleeve showed it was a 5L belt, but it was not. It was a 4L. Returned the belt but have to pay for postage. Tried to call but won't answer phone.
I have only been using the website for a short time, but the service and parts selection is outstanding. I have been able to find parts for all my repairs and have been very happy to fix tools that I would have normally thrown out and no good any more. With the help of the site I have repaired an air compressor and a lawn mower and saved the cost of replacing the whole units. I will continue to use the website in the future for other repairs. This site is saving me money which is one thing that I appreciate now days as I am retired and on a fixed income.
Purchased replacement head for my multi purpose tool. Part was easy to replace will gladly purchase any other replacements from E replacements.

Had got the can opener from my motherinlaw who was moveing to a nurseing home and it had a missing magnet on for holding the can top when you open the can so i ordered from you guys
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
