My mower needed several parts but it was 10 years old, so finding those parts was next to impossible. Tried EREPLACEMENTPARTS.COM and found everything I needed at really reasonable costs. The nice part was with the order confirmation they sent a picture of each part and I could see that what I was ordering was exactly what I needed. Easy ordering

Was needing a new pull start and hopefully a carb kit for a old engine had to call them so that I could make sure I got exactly what I needed and they were very helpful. Everything arrived quick and now the old roto tiller works fine.

Order on 04/06/2020 order# ******* received 04/25/2020. Part does no work. Have tried several times always same results. Have tried different coffee manuf. Same results Will not properly fix and cut the bottom of the cup. This is the second one ordered same results. Have not sent back Cost more to send back then the part is worth.

Ordered... sent to the WRONG address... was returned card charged... had to reorder card charged and was told it is back ordered! YOU must have one that was returned and I have paid over $100. For 2... still brokedown!

A component in my cappuccino maker broke down and I could not have the machine fixed. Neither the manufacturer nor any of the authorized dealers would consider selling me a replacement part online. Then I found the part at eReplacementParts. They were clear about delays in processing my order during the pandemic. I appreciated that the part was actually shipped as per their estimate, no surprises. We installed the part by ourselves and today I had my first cappuccino in months. I know, it is not essential... but it is comforting, especially in these difficult times.

We have one of those push lawnmowers that is an oldie but a goody. When the wheel broke from years of use we found out that our mower was no longer being made. I found one that looked like it would fit on eReplacementParts.com, ordered, received within a week, and it fit perfectly. We are now back to mowing and hope to get several more years out of this obsolete lawnmover.
