You can blame it on the coronavirus but that's what it is just blaming game. We really need to get answers to solve our problem but your automated system sucks for accomplishing that. I ordered the parts I needed using the part numbers from the online schematic.In a week the parts were delivered in good condition and were exactly what I needed. Now the electronic igniter works great and grilling continues with ease.

Ordered a washer-spacer for my lawnmower on 4/28. When I checked my order status it said will ship by 5/12. Why in the world would it take 2 weeks to ship a washer?
The part I ordered was correct and oem. The delay between order, processing and sgupping was a little slow. I attribute some of this to current situation (wuflu.) Im lucky I was in no rush to recieve the part. I would order again from this business.
I broke the water tray for my Jet tool sharpener. Ereplacment had the part I paid, they sent it, I put the new part on everything is as it was in the beginning. I will recommend this to anyone who asks about replacement part.
When eReplacementParts said it will be delivered on a certain date; it was and it was the right part. I didn't expect any parts store to have the parts for my old battery operated chain saw until I came across eReplacementParts. They had it, I ordered it, and they sent it. Everybody satisfied.
It took about 3 weeks to receive after I ordered it. I was a bit worried. Because I couldn't use the tool until I installed the trunnions. But might be due to the pandemic?
Once I received them I was happy they are made better than the originals! Installation was easy.

Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
