The incorrect parts were shipped. I have reached out twice but no reply due to Covid-19. They sure took my money fast!

Terrible company to deal with once you have a problem. I ordered on line, received a confirmation that the order was placed and my checking account was charged for the parts ordered but can't get a hold of anyone at this business. They told me to go on-line to see where my order is and there is no order that they show. The problem is there is no solution to contact someone.

Order was processed quickly, but one part was on back-order but that wasn't mentioned on checkout. This caused a delay, but otherwise shipped quickly once the back-order was fulfilled.

The part for my Moms weedeater came in and fit perfectly! The item arrive sooner than I expected. I will order from this Company again!

The service was not bad but if there is a problem it takes to long to get it fixed. Why do you need more than I have to say. Thank you

I bought a belt for a lawnmower I give them the right model number they send me the wrong one. Now I have to return it. And have to pay for the first shipping and the return. Very bad business

Web site is down and did not ship the part I ordered and paid for. What can I do except deny the credit card charge. Supposed to ship May 5th it is now May 22. WTH I need that part.
