I ordered on April 27. I heard nothing from them until I called them two weeks later. There were no updates or communication with me at all. When I called they said they had all the parts in stock except one and were waiting on it to ship the whole order. I canceled the one part and still no communication. I waited another week and called again. I got told that now they were waiting because of a minor cost increase on one part. I told them it was insignificant and that I wanted to see a tracking number within 48 hours or I would cancel. I finally got the tracking number and my parts showed up almost a month after ordering. I understand delays especially in the time of the national isolation but communication with me would have probably not made me so bitter!
Ordered a blender replacement part over a month ago. Still have not received it. I would not order parts from this company again. Unacceptable!
I ordered a replacement stoneware for my Crock-pot. The shipment was delivered within two weeks however it came smashed to pieces. I wanted a complete refund of the purchase order as well as shipping (which ereplacements provided - thank you) however it cost me $5 to ship back a smashed stoneware. I reached out to customer service however due to the Covid-19 pandemic there are a series of delays. I waited a week for a response and did not hear back from the company. I bit the bullet and sent the smashed product back to ereplacements. So after 3 weeks and $5 later - I still don't have a workable product. Do yourself a favor and purchase a completely new Crock-pot instead of a replacement part - you'll be saving yourself time and a hassle.
I wanted to order all my tiller tines and cleaning tine from eReplacement parts. The cleaning times were so over priced, I ordered them some where else. I wouldn't mention this, but I paid a bout 1/10 of the price you listed. It could just be a miss print, but I thought you should know. Thank you for prompt delivery of the parts I did order.

I waited for a long time to get the tines. I understand the tiller is old but it is a common model. When you did ship them I noticed they were the exact same. They were not a left side and right side. The way I detected this is the tines have a sharpened edge on each set. I reversed them on the tiller to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong. The outcome was the same. I had someone else look at them and they saw the same thing. The only way that they can work is sharpen the opposite tine but I believe that will cause a vibration. I would like a call if possible. *******327
The correct part was prepared and sent quickly. Albeit it took 16 days to get the part to Ohio (USPS fault) via First Class mail. A holiday weekend and covid-19 has drastically slowed the postal delivery time. Use expedited shipping if you can.
It took a while to get the belts and I tried another e-commerce vendor and two local vendors due to the delay. The e-commerce vendor belts were too long and the local vendor belts didn't last one edging. When I did get the belts from eReplacementParts, the belts fit perfect and are lasting. I will be order from them again.

Excellent no fuss service. Without the bands supplied I would no longer be able to use my band saw. Yes there was a postal delay undoubtedly caused by C19 however I had no doubt that the parts ordered would arrive. Anyhow, it's a bloody long way to Australia from the USA.

Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
