I needed an O-ring for my brad/nailer. The part was $2.99 and shipping was over $5.00, but when I received the the it was not even close to the O-ring I ordered. Cost to much to return it.

Ordered a tune-up kit for my Echo blower. The parts came in 3-4 days despite this overblown flu season. Prices and parts selection are better than Home Depot. Unfortunately, I forgot to check to see if the parts were made in China. If they were, I wouldn't have bought them from this vendor. No complaints from me.

I ordered the part. The correct part arrived promptly. Price reasonable. However, the entire device -- a Black & Decker circular saw -- is now probably going to get thrown into the garbage can, because now I discover that I need to buy a puller to remove the "bearing sleeve' inside the saw. Why would I, a homeowner, want to buy a puller? As a kid, I remember when people could earn a living fixing things. Then came "Planned Obsolescence." I have no complaint about eReplacementparts.com, or about Black & Decker. Our economy no longer serves people.

I purchased some parts to repair a weedeater 25cc engine around two months ago. At first I did not get any updates on my shipment. But very quickly I got a email explaining the delays due to covid-19. After that I got a email saying my package had been shipped as a first class package. I gladly got my parts a day later.
New cord, new bag tube, all clean inside, couldn't be happier to find original parts that fit and work perfectly. Heartily recommend these folks. What a good time to do these restoration projects. Works like a champ and a far superior machine to the top heavy Eureka we've been using for years. I'll be looking for similar projects and looking here first for parts.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
