Bought New Roller brush and belt for UH******* hoover vacuum and received wrong roller 5'' too long for my vacuum. Wrote and E-mailed mulitiple times without any return response Had to return the roller at My cost, $12.00 out of my pocket.
My parts were shipped in a timely manner with good notification. Also, I returned a part and the RMA process was easy and efficient. Overall good business applications with your company. I will purchase again in the future. Thanks!
Ordered a replacement Lawnmower Grass catcher. Wrong item was sent. I tried to contact the company by email and phone. Never got a response from the email. Phone recording says to contact them by email.
Got the parts I needed, took a while because they had to be ordered from the mfr. Would have been nice to know when I ordered, not after the order was placed.
Corporations who believe that robotics and automation are superior to human handling are going to not succeed. It is critical for any online retailer website disclose the shipping method prior to payment. Disclosing the selection / use of USPS would have resulting in providing eRepl Parts a Different MAILING address.
Note: MAILING is NOT SHIPPING. ERP gets 1 stars b/c 1. They exist and I am grateful for that and 2. Much of what is shipped to me comes by carrier other than USPS. Customer satisfaction is lost when business or home repair projects are Unnecessarily delayed. Hire more people.
What is the big deal about emailing, or texting, or calling YOUR CUSTOMER! When there is a delivery problem. TOTALLY SUCKS
I only gave 3 stars because I had to return the bearings. There was a back-order on this item so it took quite a long time to receive them. Due to the delay, I was forced to replace the Planer with a new unit. I do understand this was not all eRepacements fault, and they were very quick to take back the now unneeded bearings and issue a refund, though not a full refund. I had to pay for shipping (not a problem) and they didn't refund the sales tax paid. I don't understand why the tax was not refunded but I write that off as a learning thing.
I ordered a wheel to replace a broken one for my portable A/C. I received my order sooner than promised! The CSR was friendly and informative. Thanks!
Replacement of the battery pack was straightforward. Watching several U-Tube videos helped out Showing the screw locations, etc. The new battery pack was a little difficult to fit into the vacuum due to the wiring otherwise no issues. Took about 20-30 minutes to remove old and install new.
My limited experience using eReplacementParts has been, so far, very positive. The parts I've needed were accurately show and/or described on the web site. Kudos to the staff for their diligent work that allows older machines to continue to function even though the manufacturers brush you off with "model discontinued".
Ereplacementparts did their job perfectly. However whoever they got their farts from didn' it took a long time for them to send the part 2 e replacement. And the shipping was horrible it took forever.
This company had the part for my lawnmower I purchased on 2006... very hard to find right side bracket... repaired my mower and cutting away... had live for the old thing and was able to save it... thanks eparts
I ordered my part and it was on backorder so i reordered from the company that manufactured my grill. Their part came first but didnt fit. When this part came it fit perfectly. Kinda funny but im glad it works now.
I was sent the incorrect parts. They looked correct to the untrained eye so I just went ahead and installed them. Then, when I went to install a saw blade, the arbor was just too big not to allow any of my blades, collected over 36 years of business, to fit. Not one.
The nut to hold the blade on does not fit because the arbor is the wrong arbor.
I have sent many emails with sporadic replies now and then.
I have called a few times - only to get a message that because of Covid they are not taking calls.
I have been told, via email on June 5th, a week ago now, they sent me the incorrect part. That they will exchange it.
So I am out close to $400 and my saw is sitting in my shop unusable. Projects are sitting idle. Again, today, no contact from them.
From the reviews I am now seeing, I should have avoided the company.
I placed an order about 2 weeks ago for a lawn bag frame. I saw a pending charge on my credit card so I assumed the order was being processed. I was never updated, or notified, of any cancellation. However, I saw a credit on my visa statement today for the original pending charge, so I have to assume the order isn't coming. I don't mind so much that the part might be out of stock, or simply not available, but it would be nice to be notified that I will not be receiving the item so I can look elsewhere to purchase it.
I ordered (order # *******) a replacement rack for my Powermatic Drill Press on 4/20/20 and on 6/6/20 I finally received the item I ordered. I understand it took over a month to get as I worked in logistics and material procurement for 37+ years. The part I recieved was incorrect and I notified Ereplacement parts of this only to get no response. I am not asking for a miracle, just to be able to exchange the part I received for the correct one. I have yet to get any response. You have my money and I have the wrong part which serves no purpose to me. Where do we go from here? Please advise. My email is *******@cox.net
I call to find how to return the wrong belt (my fault not the company's), only to find out that i can't do it on the phone and that i must go to the web site and do it there. Except that not all my purchases were not listed meaning there was no way to return the wrong belt for my tractor.
This site was easy to use typed in the model number and it popped up. It showed every part with diagrams and photo. It also had a video of how to install very helpful! When i received the part it was an original part and exact fit. Will use this site again.
I am not great at finding replacement parts but your site made it easy to find what I needed - in a time of high volume (Covid) shipping, I did not have to wait very long and the items were perfect - very happy.
After finding this company on Google, I went to the website and looked up my air compressor and was able to get what I needed. Ready to navigate and the shipment was fast! I would recommend this company for other parts as well.
I broke the pot for my coffee machine and this company was the only one who offered a replacement. Although the exact model was not featured, the pictures and cross referencing tools led me to the right pot. It took longer than usual to receive due to the coronavirus but I was kept updated on shipping and received it before they had indicated.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
