Very very poor customer relations. Gave make model # and replacement part sent was not the part needed. Part being only $8.00 so they will give no refund.
No need to go from hardware to hardware store simply log on and find part in search bar then order as needed. Reasonable pricing and good delivery time.
I ordered a part for a mower and paid a lot of money to have it shipped overnight. I received it 4 days later. I have tried to call the company about getting the invoice corrected but they are not taking any calls. This is not acceptable customer service.
The item was exactly as described and fit perfectly. The only downside was the delay on getting it. It took a number of weeks.
Found the replacement pad for an older sander that was given to me, Easy To order, part was in stock and was delivered faster than expected given the time we're in,
The lady that answered the phone acted like I was interrupting her life! Then she said shipping was 7.99 and I said why don't I order 2 then the item was only 10.99 she said well the order is went though! I said I don't care cancel it and reorder 2! She was like so upset! Then she said it can take up to 2 weeks to recruit! I said no I need it now! Well that's why I ask about ships! I wasn't about to change it! The way she acted! Because I need it now yesterday! Not a very pleasing experience!
Go ahead and buy the hex flang bearing. You will have to have it. I also changed the the screw. Biggest problem was getting to the screw
I ordered a handful of parts from here back on April 1,2020 and I bought the parts when they stated that they were in stock, and then after the order it told me one part was on back order. First strike. Then when I saw that they put it on back order I called to try to change my shipping from expedited to normal as I paid more for it to come faster and when I called, no matter what number i pressed in the phone directory, it went to the same recorded message and I couldn't talk to anyone or change the order online. Strike 2. Fast forward a month and I get an email with an update on my order. They tell me that that part came in stock, but one of the parts that was in stock was now on backorder. They didn't hold a part that was sold and paid for. Strike 3. At this point I'm very upset. Fast forward another month and the parts finally get shipped. The carriers did their job and got it to me in a couple days after it was shipped but E-replacement parts did not do theirs very well at all. I would buy from a different company and I will from now on.
It worked perfectly. It took less time to install it that it did to remove it from the blister pack. I'm very happy with your company.

The part was easy to find on the website, was reasonably priced, was the correct one when it arrived, and arrived in the 5 to 7 days quoted. HOWEVER, not before UPS send me multiple messages saying it was at my front (not true and not sent UPS). When I tracked it through your site, it showed that it had gone from Utah to Minnesota and back again TWICE before it was delivered to me. Your customer service representative tried to help but couldn't understand the issue any better than I could. Finally got it!

The delivery of the tires for our lawn mower came earlier than thought. The picture of them on the site was accurate. I would us this site to look for other items for my mower.
Received my order on June 5, the part numbers were correct on the packaging but they were not what I ordered. I checked the website and indeed the part number was of the part I needed. I called the help line telephone number within working hours but was told to send an email instead. So I did explaining what happened. I then repackaged the wrong parts with clear explanation with pictures from the website showing what I needed. Had to wait til Monday to mail. That was a week ago June 8. I received this email from you but it was just for a review. So here it is. I do need my chainsaw and not using it is causing problems. I'm hoping for the best. This site would not allow sending without clicking at least one star so I did. No stars. Order # *******. *******@yahoo. Com Hoping for the best.
I received the wrong part, I order a blade and received a belt. I sent feedback about this and now I need to return the wrong part and pay for this shipment? Nobody is answering emails, just getting automatic replies.

Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
