You sent me the wrong part. Now I have to order it from Hamilton Beach and pay $23.00. That's almost $40.00 between your cost and Hamilton Beach for a new brew basket for my coffee maker that costs less than $10.00.
Received product 3 weeks later. Should have told me at ordering that part was not in stock and on back order. A BOLT cost me $16 and i had already replaced it by arrival.
Most of the parts were perfect.
The problem was with the new power cord. The new cord did not have the female connection ends. I was not informed about this on the website. I know that this is a minor issue but it creates more of a problem if the hardware store is not nearby. So I can only give 4 stars.
The parts were easy to identify and order based on the schematic on their website. The parts were shipped and received quickly and fit perfectly. Replacing the original parts with the replacements was very straightforward, and In subsequent use, the sander works as well as ever!

Order no ******* was for two wheels(part no 121-1379) for my toro lawn mower model 12H802, type 1767-E1, code *******. No bearings were included, so I cannot screw the wheels onto the lawn mower. The old bearings are not the correct size to work with new wheels. Please advise if you can ship the correct bearings for the ordered wheels. I will pay for them plus shipping costs.
I was looking for parts for my old Ap10 that I was restoring and I couldn't find the drive chain but eReplacementParts had the chains for the ap13 and for around a third of the price amazon was asking for the same. Took a chance and got both chains, taxes, and shipping for less than 20 bucks. Chains fit perfectly and my planer is up and planing
Have an older product and needed parts for chassis. They had all the parts and shipped in a timely manner. Pricing was good too.
I ordered a hard to find replacement pump for a pressure washer. It arrived quickly and fit perfectly. I would suggest as a minor improvement including an inexpensive shaft key which I had to go purchase. I will use Ereplacement again for sure. The website was also easy to navigate.

Customer service hasn't answered me, I have sent varies emails and there's no response. I ordered 2 items and only 1 arrived. I will never buy from here again, bad service. Don't buy.
On 6/16/20, I ordered 3 lawn mower blades. They were back ordered and shipped on 6/24/20. On 7/3/20, they arrived at Tampa, Fl. FedEx. Office and recorded as unable to deliver. I live approx. 150 miles from Tampa in Naples, Fl. So naturally, they are not deliverable in Tampa. Tracking info indicated they would be delivered in Naples on 7/09/20. That date has come and gone with no parcel delivery. If you can find my parcel or replace it, please send it by U.S. Postal Service as they deliver to all cities.
Part price was doubled by cost of international postage (USPS). Part appears to have been lost in transit. Contacted igobal and apart from initial automated email telling me I'd be contacted within 24 hours, after 5 days have heard nothing.
I understand why it took a month to get the parts I ordered. No worries.
My biggest gripe is the inability to speak to anyone. The multiple emails back and forth were a pain considering it took days to receive a response.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
