We recieved our parts and several were bent, but we were able to fix them with pliers, there were no new screws or cotter pins included and there were no directions included.
I tried calling customer service to have them send me the directions but was unable to make the person on the other end understand what I wanted. We were very happy when the back ordered parts arrived, but, without the above mentioned, we had a terrible time putting the grill together. We had to go to Home Depot to purchase new hardware as after 10 years the original were not usable.
I have to say that the parts worked great ---took a while to get them, but the company stayed in touch and when they did arrive they were exactly what was needed. Thanks

I have a old pressure washer that they don't make parts for, but eReplacement still carries them. I've never had a problem with the parts being wrong because when I look for them it's on a diagram for that piece of equipment, I have recommended them to a lot of people.

Ordered the right front hoc for a Toro lawn mower at 10:30 AM on a Monday morning. Received confirmation of order and shipping label ready at 3:30 PM. Checking the next day found already in USPS system for delivery the next Monday. Delighted to have the part delivered on Friday. Impressed with the delivery schedule from Utah to Iowa. Put part in place and was mowing grass late Friday afternoon. USPS routing tracking excellent--Midvale, UT, Omaha NE, Cedar Rapids, and Dubuque. As direc as possible and ahead of announced schedule.

I ordered online and the site said things were taking longer due to Covid-19 but my part was at my door in 4 days! It is the correct part and the ordering was super easy. I just wish I hadn't gone to 2 different home DYI stores for the wrong part first!

Part was fine. Changed it out in 1/2 hr. A set of directions on how to replace the part would have been helpful but it was not terribly complicated. I have a service agreement with the people I bought my mower from, but it takes them weeks and weeks to fix things. This was a lot faster and didn't cost very much either.
Ordered and received good quality replacement parts ( the same quality that were replaced) in a timely manner. Prior I had ordered parts unintentionally from an overseas website with cheaper prices and parts were incorrect. Lesson learned.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
