I bought a replacement -Armature With Bearing and Fan
Part #: *******-3 to repair my small grinder. As always the part arrived 100% correct and very fast - the norm for eReplacementParts. It is a very simple repair but I did watch the video provided just in case. I need to point out that the video is great but never mentions that the plastic sizing bush on the back bearing needs to be taken from the old part, it is not supplied. If somebody is following the video blindly and does not have some experience, this could end up in a dangerous disaster. Other than that, all 100% Thank you!
The handle on my fishing reel broke and they had the exact replacement. Looked all over and only this place had it. Price was reasonable. It came fast and on time and, most importantly, it worked perfectly! Great way to save money instead of buying a whole new reel.
The product works great, the only issue is there is not enough info on the specs like thread size so I had to email and ask for them which took a couple days to get. But other then that minor issues the item is very good.

Part was fine. Changed it out in 1/2 hr. A set of directions on how to replace the part would have been helpful but it was not terribly complicated. I have a service agreement with the people I bought my mower from, but it takes them weeks and weeks to fix things. This was a lot faster and didn't cost very much either.
I needed two replacement bolts for an older mower and these folks had the exact replacement parts. Their quick service and ample inventory has allowed me to keep my machine working for another year. Best of all the parts came from the USA. Thanks! And I'm sure I will order something else again!
I was given the contact information for this site by an employee at one of the major big box hardware retailers. It was a real find! Unfortunately, I am 77. I wish I would have had a source like this when I was in my DIY wheelhouse. I will certainly continue to use eReplacementParts services as long as I am able. My only complaint is that I can't set up on account on their website.
Good value and great service. Be sure to call and use the telephone representatives to make sure you have your order correct. I thought I had the right parts from the website but I'm glad I called to make sure because I did not. Cynthia helped me very quickly with her knowledge of exactly what I needed and I was very impressed with her efficiency. My only recommendation would be for the customer to be warned if there is an out of stock part it will take time to order. I had the impression from what was written on the website that the shipment would go out the next day but it did not because my parts had to be special-ordered from the supplier.
I needed a new discharge chute for my lawnmower. Also decided to replace the air-filter while I was at it.
Went on the website. Found the part numbers. Ordered them. They arrived in a few days. I've used the mower a few times now. Both parts fit and seem to be working fine.
Order was placed on 12/31, was not shipped until 01/19. FedEX upon delivery failed to deliver due to damage. I appreciate FedEx doing their part, but there has been no communication from ereplacementparts.com regarding this. This is not the first time ordering from them and I wish there was a better alternative rather than paying almost double the price from other sites.
Super easy to use. Type in the product and model number. Look at the diagram. Scan the parts list and place your order. Fair price for both part and shipping. But the best surprise is that they give you either by video or photo's a step by step of how to replace the part. Like having your own private repairman at your fingertip. Does not get any better than that

Received my part damaged. Tried calling the customer service numbers listed on website, but was only automated could not speak to a person.So I was forced to send an email about my part being damaged, two weeks has passed and this review request is the only response I have received. Shaft was received bent.

In only one out of several orders over the years, was the part on back order and cancellation of that item was quick and easy. With credit back on our CC almost immediately.

I recently ordered parts for two different tools that I've had in the basement. In both cases when ordering I didn't realize that they were coming from other than the original tool manufacturers. Both pieces arrived by US Mail within a week. They both fit and the belt sander and band saw are now functioning again.
I have attempted to receive my coffee maker basket replacement part, however each time (twice) the wrong part was shipped, your very helpful associates believe it must be stocked on the wrong shelf. We are attempting a third time requesting manual intervention and hoping when it arrives it will be correct and I can score a 5 star review.
We're happy we ordered them through this company. They fit perfectly. The price was just shy of $3 a knob. Not bad, right? I ordered a lower handle part for my lawn mower after it broke. The part I ordered was on time and fit perfectly. I had never ordered from ereplacementparts before but have their refrigerator magnet now and they will be my first choice for parts that are hard to find.
I did finally find this part on Amazon after a lot of searching but it was easier to find and less $$$ on eReplacementParts.
I have dealt with e replacement parts for many years though where I worked as a HD tool tech. I usually got the right part. This time I ordered for myself. The part was wrong 3 different times even after talking to a person on phone and explaining the problem. She said she now had the right part a square brush. Mine needed to be square. The new part sent was still rectangle shaped brush the same as before. No return paper work was ever sent as requested. It would have cost more to return parts any way. Out about 50 dollars.
I was able to turn a rectangle into a square and make one set of brushes work. I rated it good because I usually get the right part even when ordering for my self.

The replacement stoneware I ordered was listed as a 6-quart oval and what I received was a 7-quart (stamped on the base). The return process isn't complex, but you do have to print multiple forms/labels - I don't have a printer, so I had to go to a relative's home. I shipped it back almost 2 weeks ago and have not received a refund yet. I have also notified them of the error on their website but it is still listed incorrectly. So if you are ordering part #*******090, beware! I have submitted a new order for what I hope is the correct size this time, we shall see.

I ordered a replacement lid and recommended handle and it was the wrong handle. Part of the blame falls on me as the consumer but pretty weak in my opinion. It also doesn't come with the thermometer either which for the price is pretty ridiculous. Took along time to come in to but I know that COVID is a contributing factor. Your better off going Amazon and buying a 22"inch charcoal copper grill. You can just take the lid back and forth and you will end up saving time and money.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
