It was just very simple for me and did it all sitting at my desk chair. I have used them in the past. But this was the biggest order I ever had to do... The mower works great, nice even cut
And wife is happy too. This is the new tomorrow. Sit and order, no driving, and they deliver parts right on my porch. What a life

Great customer service

I have used ereplacementparts.com several times and always got exactly what I needed for tool repairs. When I needed a part for my refrigerator I ordered the wrong one. I called their customer service number to see how to return the part, I got a service rep right away and she took care of everything, including finding the correct part and sending it out to me. Very easy experience, would highly recommend them.

DIY Instructions
November 4, 2020

I'm happy with your service, which I received from the time I made the purchase to delivery. I have not installed the the gear-lever tension spring as yet. What's missing is the DIY instructions; It would be helpful, if you can provide or direct customer where to find them.

I ordered my replacement part for my espresso machine. My credit card was immediately charged and I received a notice a shipping label was made. Then the tracking number showed that the part just sat for over ten days before finally shipping. What should have taken a couple days took two weeks. When I contacted them after 7 days they said it had shipped and tried to put blame on the post office but the tracking number showed it was still sitting at their location. A few days later the tracking number showed it finally was given to the usps and it arrived in a couple days.

Havent received my order

Order made on may 3, on may 16 says it was delivered and didnt received it. Trying to make a complaint but dont know what to do. Is my first time using this site and i think is going to be the last one. Who will help me? Thanks.

Wont order ever again

Ordered #2 of an item. Only received 1.4 phone calls with their customer service reps who were nice and could see that I needed a refund since the item was on backorder and 2 were shipped, not 1. All they could do is request a refund, not issue it directly to me. After waiting almost 3 months later and finally getting my bank involved to dispute the charge, THEN ereplacements quickly responds and says they'll give me a refund. The bank already gave me the credit back, because waiting for this site, you'll never get your money OR your order.

I have an old (25+ years) Snapper lawnmower which i needed some replacement parts for and after trawling the internet I found ereplacementparts.com. The site usefully had a smart parts diagram so all I had to do was to put the model number in and click on the diagram to get the prices. The parts arrived by courier from the US to my home in the UK. The delivery time was several months which wasnt a problem as I ordered them in November before the onset of winter. The only issue was that apart form the initial email order confirmations I received no communication from ereplacementparts until the order was about to be shipped. This did make me wonder whether I was ever going to get the parts. However, the lawnmower is now working and I've saved myself the cost a of buying a new one. So overall very happy and would recommend others to use this supplier.

Waited 3 months to receive the wrong part. Yay us.
Tried contacting company, but this turned to be as futile an effort as receiving a desired product in a reasonable period of time.
Wasted time & money.

Delta drill press, Model 11-990. Power switch was needed. Ordered part *******-00. Part was shipped out quickly. Received, installed and works as intended.
Have ordered many parts here before with similar results.

Never recieved parts.

The tracking number followed the part right into Costa Rica and then it was lost from there. It's been since September 1 2023 I ordered it's now December 12,2023. Nothing. Don't recommend ordering from Costa Rica.

So Simple

I installed the garage ready "heater" in my garage refrigerator recently. The order process was super simple, and the shipping arrived quicker than I anticipated because of COVID-19. I needed two tools, a nut driver and a cross tip(Phillips) screwdriver. It will take you literally 15 minutes from start to finish! More like 6-8, if you have nothing in the way! Easy, easy, easy!

Good parts site

Good site for OME replacement parts. Prices are good but shipping is high. I'm on the East coast so it takes a while to get it. I ordered new wheels for my Honda lawn mower and one of the wheels was damaged during manufacturing process no fault of eReplacementParts since it was sealed in a factory bag. However I emailed customer service with a picture of the the wheel and asked for advice on getting it switched with a new wheel and that was a week and a half ago and haven't heard back yet. That's not good.

Tried to order parts for belt sander after the 3 attempts of trying to place order and repeatedly putting in info this website and it's processing format needs a complete overhaul don't waste your time went to tool direct and first attempt processed no issues. Yup cost a little more but you get what you pay for no issues no frustration.

Wrong part
August 17, 2020

I looked up my weed trimmer by model number and you still sent me the wrong primer bulb. The spark plug and air filter were correct. I should have gotten them all at the parts house since I had to go there and get the correct primer bulb. Half right is about like having half a parachute, doesn't do much good.

Quick service, I perfect part.

I received the parts quickly. Only issue was that the part for my finishing sander wasn't an exact fit and I had to drill a couple of holes in a steel plate to allow me to line all four screws needed to attach it. Not a huge deal but a little irritating.

I ordered two items: need a replacement blade for my Hamilton Beach blender and decided while shopping to purchase a blender jar for smaller portions. Items were shipped together and arrived intact. Although shipping was delayed (as seems to be the case for most things during this pandemic), once it was in the hands of the USPS delivery was remarkably quick.

EReplacementParts is my go-to company to get parts for my appliances, power tools, etc. Most recently they managed to find a replacement shredder plate for an old food processor we have. Totally unavailable anywhere else. Their magnet is on my refrigerator for those emergency needs.

My one rip is when your selling carbon brushes for tools that obviously has two brushes. They should be sold in set of two. IMO. I like that the 800 number is there incase you want to talk to a live person. They were good.
