In todays world where Covid19 is a valid excuse for everything poor or unsatisfactory in terms of service, shipping etc eReplacementParts was outstanding. Order a replacement part online. Product was shipped, but the shipping service never delivered the product because it was damaged. Never heard from eReplacementParts about this, soI called several weeks later to find that their customer service line was not available due to COVID-19, online customer service only, which was useless in my case. Funny thing, COVID-19 had no effect on their ability to take new orders over the phone. So, I called played like I was wanting to make a new order. The woman I talked to was super helpful and shipped out a replacement for the replacement and placed a note on the order for the warehouse to pack the order more carefully. The warehouse did not listen and the item arrived broken. Still unable to take the customer service phone route, I played like I was making a new order again. The gentleman I spoke too was also very kind and helpful. After giving me the option to reorder, which I declined, he issued me a refund and I parted ways with eReplacementParts amicably. This was a horrible logistical experience with exceedingly nice people.
Though it took a little longer getting the parts, they were exactly what I ordered. Riding mower now working great for our ELKS lodge.

Ordered parts for Honda engine, even with the virus going on parts arrived in good time. Took a couple of hours to replace the gaskets, etc engine running fine. Will order from them again

Order a bowl and lid for a Cuisinart food processor. The website is easy to find the proper parts for and they arrived in excellent condition. The only issue is one part was back ordered and I could not change the order to get just the available part (the part I actually needed, the other was an extra to be safe for later). You cannot change it on the website you are directed to call, and calling put me in a loop stating long hold times and to use the website before disconnecting.
Price was a lot better than local suppliers I was told 6 to 10 day on my order and received it in 3 DAYS GOOD JOB AND ITS WORKS LIKE THE OJD ONE>> BUT BETTER. THANK YOU MUCH. I will be ordering all my needed parts from you
Received and install controller for motor; installed in less than 30 minutes and miter saw motor now running... fixed! Part was not expensive considering if I had taken it in to a repair center for same. If I had bought new saw it would have been around $500... definitely worth trying to fix on your own.
Ordered new throttle cable and hand control for Brush mower. Cable itself was too short compared to original, so I might have had the incorrect model when I ordered. Options were to move mount lower on handle of mower, or simply change out just the throttle hand control (the original had broken). Works great. Timely and decent order time to shipping.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
