I have older woodworking equipment and replacement parts helps me keep them running. Good service and fast delivery, but you pay for convenience. Prices are too high, but broken equipment costs time and efficiency. I buy here again next time I need to repair my stuff.
EReplacement had the wear plate for my 30+ year old Porter Cable belt sander in stock and were able to ship next day. Price was fine. Shipping was extra t almost $10. Very happy with service
I mistakenly ordered one piece, then realized I needed two. Shipping for each was over $5. I tried repeatedly to call, email, chat and message to combine shipping. No one could be reached due to "COVID"
Shipping was not combined so I had to pay shipping on each piece. Customer service can't be reached, but somehow my orders were received and shipped.
Part was what I ordered and arrived in a timely manner. Will not hesitate to order from them again. Thank you very much

It was great to be able to find the exact part I needed for a nearly 10 year old Toro blower. The blower still worked great except for the leaking primer bulb. The website was easy to use and the part easy to find. I'll certainly return for future parts.
Was told package was shipped on July 27, when in fact it was not shipped till the 30th.

I ordered the Front of Handle Pump Replacement for my Rowenta Steam Iron on 7/25 with expedited shipping. The item arrived broken in a priority envelope. This item is by no means flat. I do not understand why it was shipped in an envelope. We returned it. I requested that we be reimbursed not only for the item but priority shipping as well. As of 8/11 we have not received our refund. I do not recommend this company.
The website was easy to navigate. The order process was straight forward and didn't entail unnecessary steps or information. After the order was placed I received updates via email. The parts arrived in a reasonable amount of time and it was exactly what I ordered.
I ordered 4 replacement cutters for my Presto Salad Shooter. My model number for the unit matched the item description so I thought there would be no problem. Unfortunately it doesn't fit as well as the original part. When shredding Mozzarella cheese, it allows the cheese to ooze out the sides of the locking ring. The original part never did that. This part was a FINE SHRED part, maybe it's because the original was a MEDIUM SHRED. I looked on the website for a MEDIUM SHRED but it appears as though it's not available. Maybe a MEDIUM SHRED would perform better. The result I got was not what I expected. Looks like I might have to buy a whole new unit to get the expected results, so much for EXACT REPLACEMENT PARTS...

Sent a miss labled part, it happens, but tryinbg to contact them about it was a problem. Can't answer phone or email do to covid. Phone tree has you punching numbers only in the end directing to webiste. Message should have been first think announced. Website did not help, sent a message- response covid can't help you. Face book complaint got response and part was rfeturned, but now they want me to reorder. Does this look lioke a motor housing assembly?
