One worked, one didn't

I ordered two parts from this company. One for my older Craftsman lawn mower and one for my newer Toro lawn mower.
The belt I ordered for the Craftsman was a snap to put in. No problem at all. Quality product.
The oil filler tube I purchased for my Toro lawn mower didn't fit. It was too large where it goes into the engine, I'll have to return it.
This company has all the parts you need and you just need to make certain you order the correct ones.

Replacement carb

I purchased a carb, for a ryobi weed trimmer, it was the wrong carb, sent it back after talking with a person on the phone supposed to have refunded my money, purchased a second carb it was the same as the first one wrong one fot that machine i also have returned that one but it looked like i was not getting a full refund. I have purchased here before. Last time i called i could not even get a person had to do everything through the computer. Hard to straighten things out when you cant talk to a person, little dissapointed with that

The invoice for part received had correct part number on it but the part that arrived was not what it was supposed to be (wrong part packaged). That was over a month ago and I have sent 3 emails to customer service about it since the website drop down box describing the issue doesn't list an option for wrong part packaged. I am still waiting for the initial contact back from customer service to resolve problem or receive a refund and adamant that I shouldn't have to pay return shipping charges for error that was no fault of mine.

Wrong part

Wasn't the part I Needed. I needed a small "c" shaped coupling and got a 4-5" plastic piece with ridges on one end that was considered a coupling.

Wrong part was shipped

The wrong Makita brushes were shipped. The packing list shows what I assume is correct part number CB75, however the box that was received was marked part number CB-303. Since the shipping charges were equal to cost of the parts it's not worth the hassle or additional cost to return for replacement.

Things happen

I was really pleased with the purchase of a replacement handle for my brother-in-law's Ryobi hedge trimmer. (It seems that somehow when I borrow a tool it ends up broken and I get unjustly accused of "tearing it up") At any rate, I found the needed replacement part, ordered it, and received it within two days! Bravo! He will never know it was broken. Excellent quality and service. Highly recommend.

Part fit and worked with minor reworking. The website indicated no parts were available for this saw. I purchased the part that looked correct. It was correct except that one vertical guide was too thick for the groove in the frame and I had to mill off 0.015". Could have done it by hand with an angle grinder but I had a mill so I used it.

I thought I was buying replacement parts for my Coleman Dome tent... I could get and install / replace the broken original ones with... Not so... These " Replacements parts " have to be sawed down and then strung together... This NEW pole assembly DOES NOT now fit back into the original Coleman Dome tent bag... What a head acke! L

The lens on our heating fan combo in our bathroom broke and I was sure we would have to buy a new fixture, but after locating the model number on the fixture, we ordered the lens and when it came in it fit perfectly. I will look to them again when I need a replacement part

I ordered a 6qt crock pot, the first one I got was shattered. They replaced it, free of cost but it took an additional 4 months to get it. I finally got it last week and it's the wrong size. I finally just ordered a new crock pot instead of trying to replace the broken stoneware. It's a waste of money to try to order from this company. They said it was in stock both times when I ordered it. I ordered the original one in February. It's August. Thankfully, my aunt had a 7qt crock pot so it wasn't a complete waste.
