Online bidding was easy except sometimes when scrolling to upcoming items be careful not to hit the bid button. I have done this multiple times, but I was using my phone so that was part of the problem.

Not sure what auction you were bidding on but there is huge range of auction comapnies they use our services and you can shop around for the best Buyers Premium for you based off what that auction company sets!

Bidding was fast and easy only complaint I have was the speed of the auction, the online bidding couldn't keep up with with the onsite auction and almost ended before I could bid

The internet kept going down while bidding was proceeding and it actaully went down while I was bidding on an item. When it came back up, I was not sure if I was the high bidder. Fortunely, I did not bid again becasue I was the last bidder on teh item.
