I've been using an epos for about 7 years, never had any particular problem but it was getting a little bit dated so I started looking for a newer version. I came across Eposnow from my online research. They seemed like the most modern/future-proof option for my budget.
So far I've been really impressed. We had a few hiccups just getting used to it, but it's given us a real boost in productivity because I can update products on my iPad whilst my daughter is still selling in the store.
We have just rolled out the Epos Now system across our three cafes and one retail shop. We have found the software to be very easy to use and incredible efficient, it has cut on reporting time in half! Stuart has been very helpful from start to finish (We started the roll out in October 2015 and completed in January 2016). We look forward to epos now being a part of our success.
Due to my own fault of deleting too many things i shouldn't have i faced the prospect of not being able to report properly. Kieran was brilliant and patient helping me restore items and together we restored over 2000 transactions in to the right categories.

Very pleased overall with the service I received, did miss or wait for a couple of calls but I would put that down to Lauren being very dedicated and possibly a little overworked!
Lauren worked hard at resolving any requests I had and was very pleasant to deal with.

Excellent service and value. The business is a joy to deal with. I have zero computer or techy knowledge so impretty proud of myself that I made a good purchase here. I have had to call Epos Now for training etc etc but always get what I need. No complaints!
Kat and Hazel helped solve a niggling issue with the chip and pin system. It had been bugging us for months but they took control of the till and fixed it in minute (reconfigured the software). What else to say - problem solved!
Was loving their product and deal and was all set to move forward, asked an innocent question on the phone regarding their existing customers as their website indicated they supplied Nandos (which they don't). Then had a very aggressive response accusing me of all sorts, they even then suggested they would send me the recorded tel conversation to prove I was at fault. Which I agreed to as I was questioning myself at this point. But of course they have not sent anything even after further email requests...

In April/May 2016, we purchased the EposNow service including integration with our Magento. To date which is 10/05/2017! (mind the date), our business is still at the same position where it was when we decided to go with integration. It has been a Year past by but we cannot see any light at the end of tunnel.
Reading some comments of other businesses which find themselves in a similar to us situation with the same integration problems, it become clear to us that Epos are selling knowingly faulty "Integration".
To the new customers: be aware that EposNow and Magento cannot integrate!

We have been with Epos Now for a year & we are so impressed with the system. We added the loyalty module about 3 months ago and although it cost us money to add it & to buy the loyalty cards, we have seen the benefits already, which is amazing. So many customers come back again & again with their cards to get points to spend next time.
I have a retail shop and has been using the basic cash register for a few years. When I found out this Epos system from Epos Now I decided to give them a call and the service from the sales team were excellent. They talked me through how the system work and shown me a demo online after the demo I bought the system straight away.
Also the support team were excellent too I have called them a few times and the problem solved nearly straight away every time.
The system offers a lots more reports than I expected it and also I can check the sale from my smart phone when I am away. Back office is also very good I can update the pricing, adding new products, running a report etc... at home or anywhere with the internet connection.
My staffs and I found the system is so easy to use.
I have already recommended to my friend to use get the system from Epos Now.
I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new epos system talk to Epos Now.

After looking around for a new epos system for our hardware store, we found EPOSNOW were offering a system at a competitive price. From first contacting them they were helpful, informative, and patient with all our questions. We then found out out that they were based 20 miles away and invited us to come and see the system working if we wanted.
After visiting them we decided to purchase a system and within a few days it was delivered. Simple and easy installation within 1 hour.
Whenever we need help or any questions the customer service team are responsive, helpful and polite. With updates and features always being added to system it gives you great encouragement that they are really working hard to improve to an already great and user friendly system. So many features to customise the system to your companies requirements, it really is easy to use to help any business improve sales and control stock.
Excellent service and system at a fraction of some other quotes we received.
I was looking for epos systems and must have looked at a dozen websites until I found this one. Very easy to navigate and found exactly the right systems much faster than I thought I would. 10/10 for design and everything else.
Josh did everything I wanted. I purchased Bulk import, and with the help of Josh did a stock take with over 3000 items and then up loaded the data onto my till. This has so helped me with the day to day running of my business. My end of year will now take 5 minutes instead of 5 days.

I've had my eposnow till for nearly a year but only just added xero. For somebody who has never understood accounts, it is a life saver! Makes everything really easy as it syncs itself. The only thing I would improve is the support wait time as it's taken longer to get through lately, but great once I'm through. Thanks Chris!
They Dont Tell you about any charges after 12 month and they make you have support or they block ur tills so i paid and then when you need to use your support they dont have a clue what going on and keep saying they will ring back
We are just coming up to our 2nd full month since going live with Eposnow, and are absolutely over the moon with it. We have had nothing but positive response and support from the Epos staff, with helping us set up & get to grips with the system, be it via submitting a ticket or over the phone.
The software is extremely user friendly, for all "technical abilities" and has improved the efficiency of our customer service and financial reporting.

So far, save a few shipping issues, I must say that the service offered by the EPOS Now team has been second to none! Any issue (mostly due to our ignorance whilst learning) is dealt with quickly and efficiently. Joshua and our on=site guy Mark B have both been exceptional - incredibly patient with lots of helpful hints and tips. We were sold the ipad till system which has unfortunately not worked well and is costly in all ways. Contrary to this the support staff are excellent and patient and I rate all of them 5 out of 5. The issue is not the staff but the manner in which epos is set up.
