I am dissatisfied with shipping expectation. I completely overpaid on shipping because the site indicated it would take almost a month to receive my items. I paid for '2 day' shipping with an anticipated delivery of 3 weeks out. I got everything the same week. Inflated shipping costs aren't appreciated. Customer service smuggly replied that they can't do anything about getting orders too quick.

Great site, fantastic product. Sizes for our group were equivalent to T-shirt sizes. The product and the website I will refer to without hesitation. HOWEVER, if you are ordering 2XL or 3XL shirts they come from a separate facility than all other sizes and were shipped using UPS. Those 7 shirts arrived on time! Our other 16 shirts I now have to return because the USPS delivered the remaining order AFTER our event. I paid for the 2 day shipping and only received 7 of my 23 shirts.

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
