Ordered a jersey from the website and the numbers started peeling after 2 months. My teammates on my basketball have the same jerseys from this company and haven't experienced this problem. They told me to contact customer service and I did. They told me they don't do refunds and aren't able to replace my jersey and just gave me heat printing instructions. Pretty disappointed with the customer service and I will not be purchasing future products from here.
Had to return a few jerseys due to wrong sizing, called the toll free number and was assisted promptly with return and reorder.

The Customer service and Sales people went above and beyond. The Jerseys were excellent. The only downfall was I paid the extra for two day shipping and had to wait a week but it was kinda worth it.

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
