I ordered 45 jerseys with numbers & letters. Before I washed them I noticed the letters were peeling on one and the printing quality was not very crisp. I washed them per instructions and every single one has the letters peeling off. I submitted a replacement/refund request as I AM UNABLE to actually talk with someone in person which is frustrating. I had to submit pictures but could only attach 3 pics per size purchased so I was refunded for the 15 that I sent pictures and am waiting to see a refund/get a response about the rest of the jersey which I emailed pics for. The refund/replacement process has been frustrating as the replies are not prompt. I will say though that their initial service was fast and I did recieve my order when it was promised.
My son love his cleats they are soo comfortable and delivery was fairly quick as well.

My order arrived a bit sooner than expected nd it was complete.
Our church purchased shorts for use in baptismal services. These shorts were of such poor quality that every time we baptized someone, they turned the water black. Even after washing the shorts multiple times, they still bled into the water. Epic Sports refused to correct the matter with us.

Had to reorder a new set of baseball pants due to a fault of my own and getting the wrong size. The process of the return and the repurchase was an easy process. My only complaint is that I paid extra for faster shipping and it arrived several days after the expected date. I would have been better off not paying for the additional shipping costs.

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
