When I ordered a custom logo, I thought it would be screen printed. It was vinyl and because of that they could not make it the color I wanted. Thus, I said that I just wanted the shirt then. There was a misunderstanding because I received the shirt with the vinyl in a color I didn't want. Upon contacting EpicSports I was told that I received what was on the invoice. I guess I should've cancelled the order but I didn't. I just wanted the shirt. Now, if I want the shirt, plain, I have to pay for another shirt and shipping & handling fee. Very disappointed. :(

The bottom (darker color) of the ombré did not do well with the silk screening process. Dark spots appeared throughout the fabric when setting the paint. The shirts were cool-looking, though. My experience with Epic was excellent, hence the 5 stars but I will not purchase this product again.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
