I am guessing it is ran by a bunch of lazy millenials. Some shirts I was making couldnt handle htv. I counted on Epic to send me a new order. I paid a fortune to have it sent overnight and delivered in the morning. It's three days later and I still do not have it. It is sitting in their warehouse. They actually think it is so big they cant go get it. They are a 16th of the size of warehouses Ive worked in. They used to be quite helpful but you can no longer call them. They take the passive approach and you cant get any business done. Cant wait until the next recession so we have to learn to compete again.
2 of the shirts were very thin. Not what I expected, I was disappointed in this. Shipping took way too long. The other sweaters I got were good.
Amazing as always. Another order for adult slow pitch softball shirts. I sublimated a team logo I made on them. Sublimated great! Color of the Gildan shirt wasn't exactly like the picture but that's understandable.

The item was sent to my address but had someone Elses name on it on the package label. However, on the packing slip it had the right information. This results in a long delivery time.

I've never been disappointed.
For the past four years we have been ordering uniforms from Epic. Every year there is an issue. Last year they sent our jerseys back to California twice, and no one from Epic reached out to let us know. We had to place an additional order for uniforms, pay for the rush shipping and then on top of that we couldn.t get a refund for over a month. Eventually we had to turn the in to the BBB.
This year, they sent us wrong sizes and argued with us about sending the correct sizes for over 2 weeks. Never again. Their customer service is horrible, non existent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM...
Easy to order, bags are great, shipping was on time. The boys and families are happy!
