Total disaster!
March 12, 2018

Paid extra for fast shipping so items would arrive FIVE days prior to my event. Items showed up THREE days AFTER my event. Now I have 7 jerseys that I can't use. They refuse to acknowledge their error or offer any reimbursement. Never again! Shop elsewhere!

I submitted and paid for my order three weeks ago and it still shows "in progress" for the status. I called a week ago and asked it something was wrong and they assured me that my order would ship by the end of the week. That was three days ago and the status hasn't changed. I've gone to a competitor for other gear and received my order, shipped back something that didn't fit, and got the correct size all before Epic Sports can even gather up and ship the three items I ordered. I would never tell anyone to shop here. I'm extremely disappointed.

Tuffy's water shirt

I absolutely love this little water shirt. My pup Tuffy was abused and abandoned. We have rehabilitating him for the last 6 1/2 years. He is more outgoing when he wears his new shirt. He is even more playful! Thank you!

I ordered shorts from Epic Sports for my daughter's and son's PE class at school. The school said we had to go through Epic Sports so I overpaid for black shorts, then paid for shipping. When the package arrived, nothing was marked or even had a tag on it. I literally could not tell which shorts were boy shorts and which were girl shorts because they had to wear long basketball shorts (that's the school rule, no fault of Epic Sports). It would have been nice to have a tag on new clothing. I had to send the shorts back because of size so I had to pay again to ship it back. Oh, but wait. I had to call to have the return authorized and then I also had to pay a restocking fee. Give me a break. This isn't 1990. I will never shop at Epic Sports again. What an old fashioned joke.

Not pleased at all

Not pleased at all. Dissappointed my girls greatly. We registered for a tournament and could not make contact with anyone until 2 days before the tournament where we were then told the tournament was cancelled. Missed opportunities to schedule other tournaments.

I ordered 1 customized jersey for 9.99 and a pair of shorts that were 5.99. I paid the ridiculous 8.00 shipping charge. When my product did not come within 16 days I called and they told me it was returned. They wanted me to pay 2 additional shipping fees on top of the 8.00 shipping fee I already paid for a grand total of 28.00 in shipping fees. OR they could refund the products and give me 36 cents. WOW! Judy was rude and kept repeating herself asking me why THEY should eat the cost. CLEARLY your site does not have the proper information. I will not order from this place again and I will be sure to suggest to the league not to order from them as well.

Forget the lure of "great" prices and selection - not worth the hassle. After placing my order, I received an email saying that my order could not go forward without additional information - this, after I had received an email saying it had been approved and placed. The email said I could provide that additional information via their online link - including part of my social security number. Not a chance I'd do something so reckless, and it suggested potential phishing or fraud. So I called numerous times, and was placed on terminal holds over an hour, with repeated interruptions telling me my wait time was one minute. While the line allowed me to leave my phone number for a call back, that call never came in the course of a day, despite me leaving it several times. I am getting ready to contact my credit card company and reverse the charges for my order. Sad, sad, sad. Never again.

I searched high and low for a batting net. I actually happened to locate Epic Sports by accident (yes I know there are no accidents). I located the Easton Catch Net. It has been great for my boys. Epic Sports made it easy and fast to shop for. They're prices are incredible as well. I will be shopping at Epic Sports for my future sporting needs. Thank you Epic Sports.

For the buck or two to get basically the same item from Amazon do that instead of shopping at epic. Took weeks for my order to arrive and the customer service kid Cody was a total smartass when I finally did get a response. Honestly saving a few cents or dollars isn't worth the pain in the tail experience I had w epic

I placed a large order with this company, 2 of the items they sent were incorrect. When I called for a replacement they said they'd check to make sure they were sent wrong and call me back. Took a week and I finally called them back. Because they were on "closeout" they refused to send me a replacement even though they had plenty in stock. I will NEVER buy from them again!

I was unsatisfied with what I ordered. It ran very small. Customer service tried to help but couldn't. "Rudy" stepped up and helped by sending me what we thought would be the right size. Even though they were still quite small, I can make them work... I hope. He did try to make a new customer happy and I plan to try Epic Sports again. I'm just so new to online shopping, I fell I have to be so careful with what I order. Please thank Rudy again. He was great.

Bought a catcher's bag and needed to return it for a larger size. No shipping back, would have been $100, and a $50 restocking fee on top of that which is almost a new bag. I will sell it personally and never order from Epic Sports again. Plenty of good companies out there that won't rip you off. Good luck out there ballers!

A part of my cat tree had a large staple poking out which had i not caught it could have ended up with a vet visit. I nailed it back in, which caused damage. Was looking for a small reimbursement, but was only offered a replacement part. Which would entail taking apart the entire tree. Overall not happy with purchase.

This company is a SCAM. They claim the items are out of stock AFTER they charge you. Then they continue to email you and call you repeatedly (with a recording) to tell you to contact them to process your order, but it is impossible to get a human on the phone. I contacted my bank and reported them for fraud. Terrible experience.

Purchased a basketball net for my son they EpicSports.
The box arrived torn and just "thrown in"with the pieces sticking out of the box.
When I went to assemble, the item was such poor quality, it couldn't even serve it's purpose!
I spent $45 of my own money to return the item only to have them refuse to accept the return!
DO NOT SHOP HERE! The customers service was the worst part! They were so rude and unhelpful. I will never ever shop here again!

I ordered baseball and softball equipment and everything was exactly what i was expecting. Yes they are a bit slow with the shipping, considering that they charge for it and its not free. But that is why i ordered ahead of time. I will keep buying from them

Epic Sports is the place to go to get good quality items at a low price. I have not had to return anything yet. I once received dirty items from a close out order. (Three white Polo shirts had to be washed before I could wear them) Closeout items can not be returned.

I paid for 2-day priority shipping and did not receive my order for 5 days, same as regular mail. When I called to see what happened, I was informed that 2-day shipping meant that the order would be "processed" in TWO days. Never in my life have I ever heard such a thing!

"Made a purchase for our school. The item was a closeout, so was not returnable. However, the item was far different than pictured. When I called to talk, the service rep was short with me. I asked to speak to someone in charge, and before he put me on hold, he said he'd transfer me but it wouldn't make any difference. Then I was left on hold for about 20 minutes. I finally hung up, and am now writing this review."
