I placed an order on September 11 with an expected delivery date of September 25. Unfortunately, my order didn't arrive until October 4, which is over three weeks late. My experience with online support was frustrating. I repeatedly contacted the same agent, who failed to respond within the promised 48-hour timeframe after reaching out to the vendor to check my order status. Despite my continuous emails, I never received a follow-up.
When I requested compensation for the delay, the agent attributed it to storm-related issues, citing worker safety. This explanation was unconvincing, as the storm (Helen) was scheduled for September 23, well after my order was placed. Additionally, I placed another order on September 17, with an ETA of October 1. This order was shipped on September 26 and delivered on September 27 without any issues.
I explained to the agent that my order included two types of shirts: one style from LAT's warehouse and another custom all-over sublimation. The person handling the sales tax portion of the order (Carleigh) seemed to have caused the delay by not processing the second part of my order promptly. As a result, my order did not arrive on time for my customer. Despite requesting compensation, I have yet to receive a response.
The jerseys are good quality and I had good communication; however I received 8 jerseys in the wrong size. They seemed to work so I didn't ship them back but was disappointed for such an obvious miss.

The package came later than expected. I was hoping to have them arrive for the estimate date but it was no issue that they didn't. If the website had more options or more designability for the extras (logos) I would've definitely ordered having logos put on though the website. Might look into it in the future.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
Answer: Why are shipping costs so high? Unless your costs are extremely low I will take my business elsewhere. Amazon ships for FREE with an Amazon Prime Membership which is EXTREMELY easy to acquire. Please respond to Joanie Jones 602-350-3983. Thanks!
