Great, fast delivery
The original product ordered was out of stock. It was impossible to actually reach a live person to discuss the issue. Repeated automated calls to me stating there was an issue with my order and asking me to call customer service. Well, I call the number provided only to hear the exact same automated message. Very frustrating. However, once I cancelled the original order, and placed a new order, there were no issues.

It was meh. Had to wait on hold for over 45 minutes only to find out items hadn't shipped yet, and had to email back and forth to confirm the expedited shipping I had paid for was, in fact, refunded for arriving 2-3 weeks after stated delivery time.

Originally, I did not receive one jersey. I called and left a message and never heard back. A week later, I called again. The same day, my missing jersey came in the mail. I am glad customer service was prompt at addressing my problem, but I would've liked to have received confirmation right away that steps had been taken. Other than that, everything was great.
Products are always in good condition fast shipping and cheap prices. I will continue to buy from them.

They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
