I was a bit concerned about some of the web comments regarding the unavailability of customer support. However, I received a quick response as my billing and mailing address was different. I asked about some of the poor reviews and the service agent was very professional and shared relevant info on the size of the company and volume they experience. I ordered a couple of dozen shirts at an amazing price and nice colors. The entire order came in one shipment and within their expressed time line. Understanding that such sites may not always be "seamless" the negative press seems unfair/unwarranted. I will order uniforms from Epic again. Thank you!
