Great Product and amazing prices. Shipping is quite high $$$. $32 dollars for 2 day shipping but takes more like 4 days to receive from Epic Sports. Champro and Augusta received in 2 days, so give yourself more time if its coing from Epic Sports.
Mobile version not very friendly. Overcharged for priority shipping and didnt even receive when we should have. The company was nice enough to refund shipping charges for the late shipping.
I mistakenly chose the same embroidery thread color as the back and a customer service person reached out to me to correct my selection prior to productions I appreciated this tremendously and am so happy he caught my mistake. We corrected the color and received my entire teams bags on time! Great quality and service!
