Delivery takes so long. Why 2 weeks? Why can't items be shipped and recieved the same week? I got my package after the day I was supposed to get it. Says it was sent FedEx however, USPS dropped it off. Very confusing.

I received my items in 3 shipments and it was not clearly stated when I placed the order that they would not be available together. It was extremely frustrating not to get the items I ordered for over a month. It should be made undeniably clear when the order is placed that they are not all coming together in one package and that certain items are not going to be in for over a month.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
