Quality of all products seem to be ok. The goalie jersey is a lower quality than I expected, but it'll work for training. I did have to call and change the size of a product after I ordered, but before it shipped and that was easy. The person I spoke to was friendly and helpful. The price was good as I got everything on clearance, but the length of time for delivery could be improved. It took far longer than any other company I've ever ordered from.

How ordered two dozen of the dimple balls from epic, Everything would have been great if I would have received the second dozen, if you do order from them please check your box when the delivery is made and before the deliverer has left your premises. I received a box that had the correct weight for two dozen balls but there was only one dozen in the box, if you read their delivery policy it says packages could be delivered at separate times so I did not concern myself, I thought the other package would come later but it did not, I contacted epic by email to different times with no response and finally the third time they responded but as you can see it did no good because the box wait was showing the weight of two dozen dimple balls they were not willing to fix the issue.
Every time I've ordered, it has been an easy process. I always receive my orders in a reasonable time frame and any problems Re always addressed promptly

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
