Very happy with the price and ordered product. Delivery was kind of strange. I got several emails telling me when to expect it but it came earlier than what the email kept telling me and by the time I got the confirmation that it had actually shipped I believe it was at my door. Delivery communication was just a little strange.
It's always a pain filling this stuff out for the first time and I hate paying shipping, but other than that, it was fine.
Epic Sports was courteous and professional and the price was very good. The only problem was with the supplier(s) not actually having the stock that was indicated.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
