The pants I ordered were on super clearance. I paid $0.99 for one pair of baseball pants and it was the one the fit my son the best! Although the material is a little bit see through, my son could care less and I love not having to wash them right away! Overall for what I paid, I was happy with the cost and quality of the baseball pants.
Placed an order and paid $65 to expedite delivery. They messed up and delivered the items 4 days late and would not provide full return. Charged us to send the items back along with a 10-20% restocking fee. Jordan and Case (manager) laughed when we said we'd disputed the item and said people do it all the time and they always win. Great customer service Epic, especially to someone who's purchased from you for years. Terrible business to buy from. Beware!

I was disappointed that I wasn't able to get one shirt that I ordered because it was out of stock. Other shirts I received were great.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
