I ordered some shirts and they were be delivered over a week ago. I called and was on hold 30 minutes before someone answered and once that person go on the line they said they sent a email to the manufacturer and was waiting on a reply. I checked back 3 more times in a week and got the same person with the same response. I asked them why don't they pick up the phone and call the manufacturer and find out what the hold up is. He told me when he gets a email response I will also get one. I told him to cancel the order. I have already ordered from a different company and RECEIVED the order. Terrible customer service.

1 business day after I ordered the white lab coats, I contacted Customer service to change size, but they said They couldn't do it at the time. They informed me that If I don't like the items, then I can return them & reorder again. No exchange transaction available. Who would want to return the items to reorder and have to pay shipping fee 3 times, plus restocking fee. That would almost take up all of my total order cost. That is ridiculous.
I was stucked with the items & don't want to order here again.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
