The shirts I received shrink so much I could no longer wear them. Contacted customer service through phone two tines and email 3 times and got no response. I had to open up a credit card dispute since I could not get anybody to contact me.

Communication from the company and ordering experience went well. Shipping time took a couple of weeks. The items were just thrown in a shipping box loosely and arrived in a beat up, almost open box. The quality of several items was not what I had imagined from the description. We are having the items embroidered so I will have to wait and see how they hold up. Several items were very nice.

Repeat customer and I've always had great customer service with any size exchanges needed. The prices are very affordable and the quality of athletic shirts is super. Definitely my go to place for my kids school spirit shirts, track, and football shirts as well.
Great experience over all. My delivery was slightly delayed. I did however receive a notification that it would be delayed and the product arrives exactly when specified.
