You can call them first thing in the morning and still have an approximate wait time of 43 minutes. There's no way to leave a message. They never respond to emails. There's no way to leave a call back number. They're "live chat" is a bot and is not helpful at all.
I'm waiting to get the sleeves some silk screen done on them. I only tried 1 shirt on, fits great.
Worst customer service EVER!
Loved the hats and they worked well for my needs. Wish they could of arrived sooner (reason for the 4 stars). But I think the world is spoiled because of the Amazon Prime shipping speeds LOL

It was very easy to order,.and the price was terrific. The quality of the shorts was very very good,.but the sizing must be for little people. I got 2X sizing which actually was between a M and a L. The shorts do me no good at all as they are much too small. I have to give the shorts to some smaller kids in my family.
